Not having too many cruise lines to chose from, for January, we picked MSC for the itinerary. We read reviews, good and bad, and thought we would go for it, as this would be the last time cruising in the Mediterranean. We were presently surprised. The decor was calming to the eyes, not as some said gaudy. The crew were pleasant although there was a couple of senior officers a bit " stuffy" ...
I spent 3 nights on MSC Fantasia, sailing from Genoa to Barcelona, Marseille and then back to Genoa. It was short but absolutely wonderful, mediterranean winter sailing at his best on the finest of all ships.
I stayed in the Yacht Club, which is to say MSC cruises luxurz experience: larger cabins, a dedicated lounge, restaurant, a personal buttler to accomodate any of my needs right there and ...
This was our families first cruise and we had a wonderful time. The best thing about the cruise was the friendly staff and great service. I really could not fault them. The rooms, we had a balcony and the kids had a room without a view. The rooms were much better than I thought. Also better than I thought was the food. It was great. The big disappointment was the ports visited. We did not have ...
We are a family of 4 (parents with 16yo girl and 12yo boy) from Australia and we all absolutely loved MSC Fantasia! We have been on a P&O cruise before and my husband and I went on a Carnival cruise ship too so we have a little experience on cruising now. I must the MSC Fantasia differs dramatically from our Australian cruises. The positives are that the cruise ship itself was absolutely stunning, ...
We had never been on a cruise before and MSC at the time of us looking offered a great special of $1.00 plus port fees for the second pax traveling. we decided that the MSC Preziosa would be the best choice to travel on as it suited our dates of travel, where it was going and because it was rather large and modern.
We got a balcony cabin-Fantastica package and purchased a drinks package on ...
New Zealand couple, first trip to Europe. First MXC cruise. We loved this cruise. Excellent value for money. We were Fantasicia class.
Our room: 11189, balcony port side.
Spacious, modern, well designed. Comfy beds, large couch, 2 big mirrors, ample space. The bathroom was excellent with great water pressure, lots of storage. Our room attendant Larysa from Ukraine was fabulous and very ...
This was our first ever cruise and I have to say I was very apprehensive but we were very impressed. Everything ran very smoothly. The staff, especially the cabin boy and waiter were excellent. Will definitely consider using MSC again. The only slight down side for us was the fact that there were a lot of children and they could be noisy late at night. Our cabin was as good as any quality hotel ...
The ship is just amazing, beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a balcony cabin and it was surprisingly roomy and very nicely decorated. I would rate the cabins and the steward service the same as 4star hotel at least. The service on-board is excellent, all staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was great and there were lots of different pool areas and you were always able to get a ...
Brilliant cruise. I have been on a number of cruises and this by far was the best. The staff were excellent, the food was superb the room was good and clean absolutely no problems.
Getting on and off the ship was easy and the excursion were very good as well.
The ship, the Fantasis, was a first class choice and one I will repeat no problem.
All in all excellent 7 nights. The entertainment ...
We chose this cruise based on its ports of calls and affordability. We were a mum and her two children aged 7 and 9 travelling with her mum/nana. We were amazed at the beauty and size of the Fantasia and on the first day we could not get over the friendliness of the staff and how great it felt to be on board. The children went to kids club a few times which they enjoyed but were happy to just hang ...
