Our experience on MSC Sinfonia first departure Genoa Dec 27 2018 and stayed on for the next cruise total 21 days
I have done over 7 cruises now on Holland America, Princess, and Celestial. Asia, Panama, Europe, Caribbean, Cuba, Mexico Riveria.
The boarding process seemed to be a shamble, we had to stop at at-least 5 different locations

Having had a big problem on the previous MSC cruise, we were not sure what to expect but went with an open mind. The ship is not as flashy as some of the newer ships, but makes up for it with a yacht type feel. There are fewer passengers than the larger ships, so no real problems with long lines.

We chose this particular trip because of a few reasons:
1. We sailed this same ship and route last year and had such a great time we could not wait to go again.
2. The price was just right to try the Yacht Club experience
3. We had friends who wanted to try cruising, and figured this was the best option for them, and we could show them the ropes on cruising.

Choose a short cruise as a break between our longer holidays. Overall we had a good time the Preziosa is a nice ship very similar to the Meraviglia that we sailed on in Jan 2018. Our Cabin 11011 was a good cabin, great location with a very comfy bed. Nice and spacious and plenty of stowage. We booked Aurea Suite und as Black Member in the Voyager Club we expected high comfort and attentive service.
