Complaints: 1) Even before the cruise started, upon booking at the said price, 30% of the cruise price was added on as taxes. Where to begin… First, thing to know is that even though you may have paid for excursions in advance. Excursions are not confirmed by the ship until the night before the excursion port at 8pm. Chose mostly for low price. But ship was really substandard from the start. No soap in bathroom dispenser , no washcloths, 2 towels for 3 people.
