Embarkation and walk off disembarkation were great. Overall, the rest was a bit of a mess. It was nice to have the key cards on the door waiting for us. It would have been nice to know that our assigned dining room and fun pass were on our key cards. Communication and information go a long way. The ship is completly unorganized. People are unfriendly. They do not honor the promotions in you're package (specifically the spa) handing management paperwork from msc directly still did not honor the package. Guest services has me call the 800 number from their desk since they were not willing to do it on my behalf.

Beautiful ship and very clean
Extremely Rude employees, Terrible customer service,total chaos and unorganized ship ever. Extremely long lines to eat to do anything on the ship. Customer service was Dumb and dumber. Food was 2 out of 5. Shows were boring, never any music, did I say they employees are Rude ?

We were in the Yacht Club. Food, service and room were terrific. We ate mostly in private dining room or at the buffet near the YC pool for breakfast when weather permitted. Ship layout is very similar to RCCL larger ships with front to back atrium. Private island was the best I have been to. This ship was at capacity the week we were on it. I too don't know what the deal is with all of the 1-star reviews, or perhaps I do...most people are insufferable jerks. Did I wait too long for a drink once or twice? Sure, but it was not due to the excellent staff who all worked very efficiently with a great attitude. It was typically due to short term volume of orders of fancy cocktails.
