They do not honor the promotions in you're package (specifically the spa) handing management paperwork from msc directly still did not honor the package. We were in the Yacht Club. Food, service and room were terrific. We ate mostly in private dining room or at the buffet near the YC pool for breakfast when weather permitted. I too don't know what the deal is with all of the 1-star reviews, or perhaps I do...most people are insufferable jerks. Did I wait too long for a drink once or twice?
