I've cruised on numerous cruise lines and would likely never choose MSC again. Crew is friendly and works so hard - I honestly felt bad for them! They are understaffed, their managers are rude to them (yelling, snapping -- in front of customers?! Appalling.) Staff aren't given streamlined processes and it shows. We chose a Dubai cruise and MSC seemed to be a good choice. In the main that proved to be correct but there were some inadequacies on the cruise line. Arrived port check-in 08.35 (our allocated check-in time 09.00). Well organised, but all rather laborious (Covid vaccination certs, PCR test certs, Passports, Photo ID, make copies of various certs).
