Fun Experience on the Divina!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

I am struggling with understanding the incessant negative reviews of the Divina. I took a 4-night sailing to the Bahamas and had a wonderful experience. I am a solo female traveler. I initially booked Bella interior guarantee and was upgraded to a junior balcony on deck 9 at no cost. Embarkation was incredibly smooth, from dropping my suitcase with the porter to getting on the ship was less than ...

Overall the staff made the difference. The ship met expectations. Nods to our room steward Dewa, Bibi in various places and Patrick and Prabash (Jootoo) our regular servers in Quattro Venti. Be cautious of online deals from the website as our wifi and drinks were not included and we had to purchase on first day of trip on the ship. The Aurea deck was wonderful , the atmosphere of the ship was ...

Service and experience was great. We actually cruise frequently with other cruise lines and had the opportunity to cruise with MSC, regardless of all the bad comments and warnings we decided to have the experience for ourselves and we were not disappointed. I have to give the biggest props to the Tiger Lounge crew that was personal and so attentive, let’s not forget entertaining, however every ...

2024 / 2025 KLOVE Cruise out of Miami

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was my first cruise ever, and an exciting opportunity to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I have been a long time listener and donor of KLove, and was thrilled to be on an all Christian cruise. Unfortunately, some of our experiences were beyond words, and we couldn't get off the ship fast enough. The MSC Web Check-in process was never fully accessible, so many phone calls had to be ...

This was our 3rd cruise with MSC - we traveled on the Klove cruise in 2015, 2017, and this past January. This will be our last time with MSC - this past trip my husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband Here are my notes… Positive Boarding was much simpler Tarzon was very helpful at the customer service desk Negative Upon check in - sister & hubby were told ...

Never Again

My mother and I booked this cruise for my handicapped sister to enjoy. It was the K-Love cruise and I will say that the K-love staff and performers were the only positive experience. Everything else was absolutely awful. The staff was rude, aggressive, entirely unhelpful, and acted as though asking for a water was an inconvenience. The only place with free water was the ...

We picked this cruise because of price and timing, and we had cruised on this ship when it arrive in the USA the first time. We wanted to see if it was still as pretty as it was in 2012 and as fast and quite and it was. engine and ride is so smooth sometimes you don't know you are moving. Entertainment costumes were great on main stage, women singers out performed the men, they might need to ...

Have sailed twice on MSC and enjoyed yacht club. We booked a suite on deck 9 and had the Top 16 area to enjoy. The suite had some rust on the bathroom and the plastic shower curtain I had thought was a nasty memory from the past. I’m a size 4, 5’3” and had difficulty managing to shower. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was small. The TV channels are limited and CNN just doesn’t offer unbiased ...

An Italian Cruise Line That I Have Come to Love

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Magnifica

So, I've only cruised with MSC, so maybe the reason why I love MSC is because I have nothing to compare them with. But I'm always really happy when I'm on their ships. This one...Magnifica...was the oldest MSC ship I've been on and you can tell from their other ships. The stairs don't have any sparkly crystals and there are not many hot tubs or other things to do during the day. This ship was more ...
