Loved the ship , staff were excellent , shows to an exceptional standard, with good variety . Very clean everywhere , lots going on if you want it . Had a fab holiday and would recommend . We couldn’t get a balcony cabin and had an inside one, it was spacious but didn’t like not having daylight . Wardrobes are small and no drawers except two small in the wardrobe itself. Bed very ...

Just got back from an amazing two weeks. Yes the ship has a lot of people on board but everything was well organised. Embarkation was easy & on the ship drinks cocktails by 11am. Always got a sunbed (compromise on location sometimes), always got into the theatre, pop up bars & roaming bar staff made getting a drink easy! Yes couldn't always get a seat in chosen bar at peaks times so went to ...

An average experience in the Yacht Club

We've sailed MSC Yacht Club many times before and this was a mediocre experience. To start with the positives, the ship was so beautiful, and well cared for. We loved the atrium and the ever-changing ceiling. We loved the one Carousel show that we saw, Ajedrez. Our room in the Yacht Club was a deluxe balcony room and it was large, spacious and had a nice sized balcony. The bed was ...

This was our first time on MSC cruise we were very disappointed. Route was excellent but, customer service & room location was absolutely awful! 1.Beware to ship does not provide facial tissues in the room & no bath robe!! When we stopped by customer reception desk asked about no facial tissue in the room they looked at me like what are you asking…. After explaining when I needed they ...

Impressive ship but way too crowded

Review for a Norwegian Fjords Cruise on MSC Virtuosa

My partner and I booked this cruise after being on one in February with NCL. We fell in love with cruising and couldn't wait another year until the next one. We found a great deal on Iglu for the MSC Virtuosa to the Norwegian Fjords. We had certain expectations going onto the cruise based on what we'd experienced with NCL which left us slightly disappointed. We received an embarkation time of ...

this was my 5th cruise having been on Oceania and Holland America, both twice. I booked this cruise as it fitted in with my friend who was visiting from the US. At the Southampton terminal having arrived at our 11-12 check in time, we were greeted with the most enormous line which took 1hr 25 mins to get through dragging cases in very warm temperatures before we got inside. Once we were given ...

An anniversary treat, except it wasn't. Long long queue to get onboard. Long ,long queue to get a cup of tea and something to eat in the buffet restaurant. Then no table to sit at. Go to a bar -when it eventually opened- and waited 15 mins to get a drink. This ship has room for over 6000 guests and staff for 3000. West end shows -one night a singer -then another night a comedian. The balcony ...

Failure to complete the planned route and failure to provide compensation for this. The ship did not dock in Bisby due to "weather conditions" even though other cruise lines' ships did dock. Instead of changing the route or giving compensation to the passengers, the company just wasted another day on the open sea. This route is really not worth it and a waste of time. The food in the restaurant ...

Outstanding Cruise with a caution

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Euribia

User Avatar

An outstanding cruise with some of the most pleasant and professional crew that we have ever had the pleasure to cruise with. We found the service across all venues to be outstanding. Entertainment was not of the same quality as some of the broadway style shows on NCL or RCL. However the quantity was much higher, with 7 different shows in the main theater during our 7 night cruise. This was ...

Review for a Norwegian Fjords Cruise on MSC Euribia

Went on this cruise the week of 27th of august until the 3rd of september, boarding in copenhagen. Itinerary norwegian fjords. We had an interior cabin on the 13th floor. There was a cracking noise of the cabin ceiling at all times. It was difficult to rest at night. The wifi service is unacceptable for the price and for this kind of ship. Embarking and disembarking went smoothly and quickly. ...
