Too many hiccups during our cruise!

Review for MSC Divina to Bahamas

First of all, the ship is beautiful. My son and I decided choose MSC because of the positive experience my brother had a few weeks prior. Day 1, we had no hot water, thankfully this wasn't an issue for the remainder of the cruise. There was a horrible sewage odor throughout the entire cruise on our floor (12th). In addition some public restrooms smelled (urine). A concern with cleanliness, ...

Never Cruise Again

We choose this cruise because friends told us it was great. It was not at all. For starters the communication was awful, from the time we parked there was no direction and this continued throughout the cruise. The highlight of the cruise was the island on Saturday that we never got to go to. We set at the theater for almost 2 hours before they canceled the excursion, supposedly due to high ...

TV, WIFI, Food, Worst of 8 CruiseLine's Ever Experienced!!!

Review for MSC Divina to Bahamas

Short 4 night get away near our Florida home. Not only was the TV screen smaller than my laptop but worst of all the only available channels were onboard advertising for overpriced watches and jewelry! Upon contacting onboard customer service, I was informed that tv programming was experiencing a problem and was being diagnosed. When asked if the service would be repaired before the end of ...

From start to finish this was a terrible cruise. Start with the COVID test. No matter what you follow be prepared to pay for another test. Yes, pay. $90.00. Each person. Safety procedure, follow the letters above the doors. It took four people to get to our destination. Are you getting the drink package or any other package? Be prepared to pay an additional $56 per person in your cabin. Yes, even ...

PROS: The MSC Divina is a nice clean well maintained ship. The private island (Ocean Cay) was fabulous! Ocean Cay was beautiful, clean, safe, well maintained and included a great buffet lunch. Great female cruise director (Keri) and staff always had fun activities going on all over the ship. Great entertainment each night in the theater. We especially enjoyed the magic show, comedy ...

We chose this cruise because it met a great price point and we wanted to stay overnight at their private island. The Food: The breakfast was great and that is all I can say good about the food! We definitely did not over eat on this trip!! The lunch and dinner buffet was odd choices and not very good other than the pizza and cheese bread. The dinner choices were not very good also. We ...

Restaurant servers: Dominic and Miguel were absolutely amazing! They took excellent care of our travelling party, always anticipating our every need. Jay-R, Bar Butler recognized us from a prior cruise as we were waiting at Yacht Club Reception. During the cruise he was one step ahead of us, knowing what beverage orders would be, refilling without being asked and he went so far as to ...

Worst Cruise Experience To Date, even in Yacht Club

Overall, this was a miserable experience and I would not book with MSC again. I rate 1 out of 10. For background, I'm 45 y/o and this was my first cruise with MSC, and my third overall. I sailed on the MSC Seashore July 23 - 30, 2022, in the Yacht Club (Grand Deluxe Suite, #19032). I was traveling solo in my cabin but had a friend staying in an Aurea Balcony Suite on deck 14. I have ...

Just got off the Seashore yesterday. We had an absolutely wonderful cruise. Everything we ate was good and aside from what others have said we found variety in the buffet everyday for lunch, there were always different deserts and an international section with different daily options. The donuts for breakfast are delicious, as is the pizza! We ate at the Butchers Cut one night and Hola one night, ...
