A) Embarkation: MSC allows passengers to choose a timeframe for embarkation. It was very fast and efficient. We had 11:00 to 12:00, and by 11:40 AM we were already inside our cabin. B) Cabin: extremely comfortable. Large, modern, spacious. Sofa is quite big for a ship cabin. Wardrobe and storage are limited, which is a little tough for a long trip like ours. Just got back from an amazing two weeks. Yes the ship has a lot of people on board but everything was well organised. Embarkation was easy & on the ship drinks cocktails by 11am. Always got a sunbed (compromise on location sometimes), always got into the theatre, pop up bars & roaming bar staff made getting a drink easy! For the price we paid (slightly under 100pppn) for an interior room with premium drinks package, we had a lovely holiday and would absolutely aboard the MSC Virtuosa again. Booked this cruise for just myself and my 2 Grandchildren aged 15 and 11 because it was the only suitable date we could go together. Easy parking at Southampton right in front of the ship. The whole experience was fab! Visited Spain, St Lucia, Barbados, Martinique, st kitts, Antigua, Guadeloupe, st Maarten. Out of the places I really recommend Maho beach experience, nelsons dockyard, beaches in Guadeloupe! Food was great in the lobster restaurant, room was cleaned/checked twice daily.
