Entertainment was great with the shows where a stand out, but in general the entertainment team did a great job working hard all day . service was good the staff in the restaurant they done a great job . The food was a disgrace on this ship. corporate cost cutting to the max.low quality.tasteless.cold.i think they left the chef in port. this was a very bad image of italian food.the owners need a ...

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Splendida

The ship itself is wonderful, well laid out, constant cleaning & maintenance daily. Very clean & fantastic staff in bars, pool area’s & toilets. The buffet has plenty of choices although food could be hotter at times. My biggest gripe are the reception & excursion staff. I’m not sure how they were employed as customer service should be first & fore within any company. Arrogant & ...

Great itinerary with very interesting ports alas the highlight ports were cancelled without being informed of this change and no interesting ports were added. Embarkation was easy and organised The highlight were the exceptional staff especially cabin dinner and entertainment staff so friendly and cooperative Poor nightly shows the best was done by the crew Good was good except not ...

MSC Cruises have been a familiar choice for us, residing in Europe, and our recent experience aboard the MSC Splendida was a departure from the ordinary. This voyage was particularly special as it marked the celebration of my week-long bachelor party with friends. While the cruise had its ups and downs, it was an overall memorable experience. The staff on the MSC Splendida lived up to our ...

MSC CRUISE OR MSC QUEUES?

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Virtuosa

We chose this cruise as it fitted in with our commitments and we had had a good cruise on virtuosa to the canaries at the beginning of may. the package provided good value for money as we had premium drinks and a balcony cabin. we had no problems with the food, drinks or service and the staff were really good. however the entertainment leaves something to be desired. the theatre shows were ...

This is the 2nd time i have sailed on this ship and i have also taken several cruises with MSC in the past. My expectations of MSC are quite low however, this time for the price it wasn't too bad and there did seem to be a few improvments. Normally i find with MSC that the food is pretty average, im not a fan of the set dining experience and normally with MSC non of the staff ever seem to know ...

Gorgeous ship but more negatives than positives. NOT value for money

We spent 15 nights on a Mediterranean Cruise aboard MSC Virtuosa in October 2022. THE SHIP itself is gorgeous, very new, modern & palatial, there has obviously been a lot of care taken in the design & detail. It is vast, with plenty of bars, restaurants, pools, theatres etc. and a fabulous dome roof with changing images daily. There is also plenty going on everyday to keep you occupied. It ...

We chose this cruise because it was close to my wife's birthday. On the Sunday prior to the cruise our President announced the strict measures for gatherings and movement of people - we thought our cruise was cancelled and tried to contact MSC for confirmation not possible. MSC eventually notified us that the cruise was going ahead. On arrival at the terminal at 10.30 a.m we found that ...

As from our membership numbers, and even prior to us being members, you will see that we are frequent cruises (MSC Only) MSC cruises have in the past being our "thing"to celebrate our yearly anniversary. We celebrated our 26th year this year. I absolutely love going on cruises, I find MSC super value for money and your facilities are normally outstanding. Our latest cruise however and ...
