We sailed on the Insignia for a 23 day cruise from Montreal to Southampton. Although the ship was said to be recently refurbished, much of it still needed to be updated. 13 days into a dream itinerary and we've missed two ports where we had booked especially interesting shore excursions (now missed) and had an extra sea day.
