Hi All, Just got back from one of the last cruises on the Elation out of Mobile and we had the honor of being the first cruise to try out a new menu. Two things were readily obvious... first was that they had 'comfort fooded' up the main dining room menu and sadly de-fru-fru'd a lot of it. Although our very first cruise did not start out well, we ended up having an amazing time! It took us three hours to board the ship. Apparently, due to another ship disembarking at the same time as the Elation, and a ceremony celebrating the inaugural cruise for the Elation from Mobile, embarkation was a nightmare.
