We are family of 2 plus one child 9 years old, we had a balcony room.
Entertainment was very poor and very few, show repeated 2 or more times, comedy show was "retired" performers with outdated repeated material.
2 of the ports use tandem boats which turns leaving and coming to the boat a long long nightmare.

I would definitely NOT recommend this cruise line. Very poor customer service. When we needed something in our cabin we could not ever find our steward. When I would call the front desk, I either go no answer or it would ring about 30 times before someone would pick up. The food was very disappointing. Everything seem to close down early. I've sailed several times on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian, and I really wanted to experience the MSC brand and Meraviglia, despite the mixed reviews, because the ship seemed very impressive in videos. Our travel agent raved about MSC and their new man-made private island. Our trip on the Meraviglia was a cruise to remember it was horrible. Went on this cruise with a large group of family with multiple state rooms. Most of us had a similarly negative experience with customer service.
