Beautiful Ship, Cruise staff was rude and unhelpful
"Once we boarded the ship, we realized in the app, they had changed our dining to my time (which includes a wait time), we immediately responded to the main dining room and spoke with the crew member who stated for over 45 minutes after multiple phone calls that he understood why we were upset but that he couldn't do anything about it because they did not have a table for 3 people, they were all full, i told him they were all full because they bumped us from our existing reservation to please a different guest.5 hours (wasted time on day 1, with a 6 year old that was beyond hungry) he finally resolved the problem for us...."Read More

DAY 1: Embarkation Day
We had a 10:30-11:00 check-in time. We were on-board before 11:00. Getting on-board early isn’t as smart as I thought it would be. The Windjammer hadn’t opened yet nor had the eMuster Stations.
