Review for a South America Cruise on Zaandam

What a delightful cruise. Excellent crew/staff on the cruise ship, wonderful excursions. The ship was small and ready for a refurb, but it made good use of the space. I highly recommend Alligators by Night and Rubber Planation and Indigenous Village in Manaus, as well as Piranha Fishing in Santarem. Trinidad was a great port, the friendliest one we visited in Caribean. Tamarind pop-up ...

Explora Journeys has set out to redefine luxury travel for the next generation, creating an experience for affluent travelers who want a luxury experience while being given plenty of options in a less stuffy atmosphere. During their fifth month of sailing, we spent eight nights traveling between Miami and Colon, Panama. Throughout the cruise, Explora met or exceeded every promise they set out to ...

I have been on a few cruises in my life, from budget to Luxury cruises. Let me tell you, when it comes to luxury, comfort, attention to detail, Explora Journeys figured out the perfect balance, between high end luxury and comfort. From the day you set foot onboard till the day you get off, the friendliness of all the hosts the luxury, the laidback lifestyle you will adopt while on board to the ...

This was our first Regent cruise and it lived up to all our expectations and more..... From the moment we stepped on board we knew it was going to be Special. A bottle of champagne on ice and a beautiful white orchid on the table awaited us in our cabin. The attention to detail with the ships decor was exceptional. Beautiful fresh flower arrangements were in all the Public areas and ...

Norwegian Sun 17 Night Panama Canal and South America

Review for a South America Cruise on Norwegian Sun

We chose this trip because of the ship and the itinerary. We prefer the small ships because they have a more personal and intimate feel to them compared to the big ships like the Bliss, Epic, Encore etc. The entire cruise experience was great. We had a balcony stateroom and it was very spacious and comfortable. Yes, the ship is older so the room does show some wear and tear but it was very ...

We did the 14 night (back to back) journey from Jan 5, 2024 to Jan 19, 2024 from Miami and ending in Barbados. We have recently traveled all the ultra luxury cruise lines and wanted to see how Explora stacked up and we'd have to say it's right up there with Regent and Seabourn. Explora may even have an edge when it comes to customer service. All the crew members made you feel like family. They'd ...

Once upon a time… I have decided to start my review with that sentence because the Crystal Serenity used to be part of a company called Crystal Cruises which was owned by Genting (a Malaysian Company). Crystal cruises ceased operations as a consequence of the financial difficulties from Genting and entered in a process of liquidation in which the ships and assets were sold to different ...

2023 YOLO Trip - Oceania did not disappoint!

Review for a South America Cruise on Marina

The itinerary was our deciding factor for choosing this Cruiseline/Ship. The dates also matched up with when we wanted to be away. Add in that this itinerary knocked a ton of items off our BUCKET LIST: • Crossing the “Tropic of Cancer” • Visit Central America • Transit the Panama Canal • Crossing the “Equator” • Visit South America • Penthouse suite on a Cruise Ship! (Thanks to ...

We chose this ship for the itinerary. The Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Alaska were booked back to back to back for 31 days, same cabin. It was fantastic. The staff were so wonderful. Everyone made every effort to ensure we had a great time, and that we got everything we needed. Our room steward was always there to take care of everything with the cabin as well as keep us up to date on ...
