While this is not my first Celebrity Cruise, or even first time on the Summit. This has by far been the worst experience. Have been charged multiple times for the same items that I have had to spend time disputing. Our room has 6 outlets and 3 dont work in any way, the 3 that are out are bedside outlets. I choose this cruise as it was a “sisters” cruise and the timeframe was perfect.
Getting to embarkation was harrowing! I can’t blame RC but the port of Miami needs to seriously address the ingress /egress and congestion.
