"While the carpaccio in the MDR was so good I ordered it almost every night, the steak tartare at Prime was a just huge wad of raw meat. It's now September and my parents are still fighting to get the charges covered and get their money back (Regent didn't bill THEIR OWN INSURANCE and Regent Care used the fact that the bills weren't itemized to deny coverage...."Read More

1-10 of 46 Regent Seven Seas Navigator Cruise Reviews for Luxury to the Eastern Caribbean from Miami
We had not sailed with Regent since the covid outbreak. This was our 5th sailing with them, second time on the Navigator. We were shocked. Every Luxury, high end detail had been lowered, from the wine, liquor (did not even have everyday liquors, like Grand Marnier in stock), to the food. All management on board would listen to your complaints and problems, said they would take care of it, ...
We'd booked this well in advance after we had such a great experience on SS in June, 2022 in the Baltic - so, the anticipation was a long time in building. We're glad to say that it met or exceeded our expectations. The Navigator IS an older ship, which you may not notice most of the time; but when you're in the lower decks, including the Compass Rose dining room, the shakes and rattles are very ...
We chose this cruise as a 70 birthday present to each other. 26 night cruise including the Amazon. Booked a conceige cabin, so had a pre- cruise hotel. Lovely room but stuck in a residential area, long queue to check and poor luke warm breakfast. Never had such a long wait to board, even had a wait to even join the queue. The poorest standard cabin, I have had on a cruise ship. Cracked, chipped ...
I ended up on this cruise because my parents were booked on it and I elected to join them in a cabin for three. I'm 60 and my folks are in their 80s so we like different things.
The good:
* The staff were exceedingly friendly, patient and professional. I hope they are well-paid because they deserve to be.
* The entertainment, surprisingly, was great. It wasn't just the crew doing ...
We have done several Regent Seven Seas cruise but this was the first on their oldest and smallest ship. Other reviews on the ship have not always been favourable but we found the ship in very good condition and the facilities and service levels fully up to previous Regent standards. - and really liked the small number of passengers (490). We had a suite in the rear, and the ship does vibrate a bit ...
1. Embarkment- Easy and Fast, we were onboard by 11:45 a.m.
2. Suite - Deck 6 with balcony. Nice size and ok balcony (2 chairs no lounges) but "long in the tooth" needs refurbishing. Especially the worn out and stained carpet. Cushions and throw pillows need replacing, not dirty just worn out.
3. Food - OK, but not the best. We returned one meal and suddenly we had a restaurant manager, ...
We have traveled on Regent for 72 nights, this cruise will be our last.
The Good: food and drinks. We had great service from Trish and Jackson at Compass Rose.
The Bad: the service at Sette Mari. Got a table on night five, place was packed. After over an hour waiting for our main dished, waiter let us know the food was on the way. The lamb chops were very over done. At that point we were ...
I chose this as I have cruised on Silversea and Crystal and wanted to see what Regent was like. I expected the "remarkable luxury" as stated by Regent-- which may have been an over expectation. It turned out to be no where fulfilled. I booked a penthouse Suite which included a pre cruise hotel stay. Regrettably my hotel room was dirty and all Regent guests were not given the a la carte breakfast ...
We chose this cruise/cruise line because RSSC has a great reputation, people recommended it; and we've never been to most of the ports. The ship: old, but beautifully updated. Nothing was dirty or stained or worn. Very clean. From public spaces to rooms. Nice touch the walk-in closet. I'm not sure any other cruise line offers this. Butler service was great but we found we really ...
This was an opportunity to travel 1000 miles up the Amazon river and visit several Caribbean islands. The experience onboard was nothing short of exceptional. From the inclusive valet laundry service to highly approachable, professional Captain, our every need and care was catered for.
This was our first sailing with Regent and we have now booked 2 further cruises with them, it is fair to ...
