Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

We chose this cruise mainly for the itinerary, which unfortunately changed several times. some of which i could understand and others not so much. The Navigator is a small ship and is quite an old lady, but saying that we had a great time onboard with a great crew and really nice fellow passengers. The food choice was the largest I have ever seen aboard any ship and was mostly very good with ...

I was invited by a group of travelers who get together and go somewhere every year. I was excited about going on this cruise mostly because I wanted to cruise up the East coast and Canada and had never sailed with Regent. We all booked veranda/suites 16 in total. The ship was small in comparison, well maintained and clean. The staff from the Captain down was very friendly, accessible and ...

The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

We took this cruise because of the ports and the unique itinerary, sailing from Miami to Montreal. We were excited because the excursions were included, so we didn’t have to arrange them ourselves. Before the ship left Miami, the Great Stirrup Cay port was cancelled, as well as Fernandina Beach, and Freeport, Bahamas and Jacksonville, FL were substituted. Freeport was a rundown port, and the ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Silhouette

We have sailed on Celebrity several times, and this was our third TransAtlantic cruise. We selected this particular ship and sailing for the ports of call. We have wanted to see different parts of the British Isles, and wanted to finish the cruise in the U.K. so we could stay in London for the Coronation. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to skip to the high-level overview, this was an EXCELLENT cruise. ...

First Transatlantic Cruise - Return to Solstice Class

Background Information This was our 4th Celebrity cruise (29th overall for me, 30th overall for my husband) - we'd previously sailed on Equinox (sister ship), Constellation, and Apex. We had cancelled a Bermuda cruise on Celebrity Summit in June 2022, so this cruise was what we rebooked instead. We had never done a Transatlantic cruise and all of the port stops were new for us. Travel to ...

Good, yet not the best experience.

We selected this cruise because I wanted to go across the Atlantic one more time; however, as a civilian. I have several transatlantic crossings under my belt as a USN sailor. This particular cruise had several stops, as some do not. This made my wife happy. We also got a very good price by booking about two years in advance. The food was great. The entertainment was better than average. Having ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Seven Seas Voyager

Took our first Regent cruise (a TA, lots of sea days), earlier this month. Just returned this past week. It was a 14-day cruise. Overall, it was very good. Embarkation was less chaotic than most, but still chaotic. We were advised prior to our cruise that the original embarkation time we had been given had been pushed back by an hour and a half because the Coast Guard had to inspect the ship. No ...

My wife and I wanted to do a transatlantic voyage and decided to do it on Seven Seas Voyager. We had previously gone on a 7-day Mediterranean cruise on Voyager in 2018. We noticed significant improvements compared with the 2018 cruise. First, the food is substantially improved in all of the venues. They also have added an Italian restaurant, Sette Mari, and have an excellent afternoon tea ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Seven Seas Splendor

We were on Splendor, Miami to Lisbon March 28 and it was our second time cruising on this terrific ship. I plan on making this as thorough a review as possible, but also an abbreviated one. Pre night cruise hotel. As our flights from Savannah to Atlanta (then on to Miami) got so delayed we could not fly into Miami the day before embarkation….can’t comment on the Intercontinental, but am pretty ...

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Seven Seas Splendor

The Regent Seven Seas Splendor is splendid! The ship is an absolute beauty. The decor is fantastic and whoever chose the combination of styles and fabrics should be commended. Everything about the Splendor is first-rate and I believe that is the goal, which is why I'm going to be somewhat nit-picky. My only area of complaint is in food service, which is a bit uneven. The food itself was always ...
