Great cruise along the Panama Canal

Embarked in Miami - was on board quickly and cabins opened by 1.15pm. We tried the assisted boarding as my dad has bad arthritis and struggles to walk far now. We waited in an area with an awful lot of others in the same position and after 15 minutes were taken up an escalator and basically it cut quite a bit of walking out. Deck 3 Oceanview 3096 and 3094 - nice big window with blackout blinds ...

Completed 16 night panama canal cruise. Major problem was room noise, every night and every day. Complained to ship staff only to be told no one has ever complained about noise problems and the noise was from the pool above us. Sorry but there was no way it was coming from the pool above. If you are booking a room on this ship do not book this room, or one near it. It was a real shame as ...

I am a frequent cruiser and usually choose Royal Caribbean. I am a Diamond member of Crown & Anchor. The 2018 Panama Canal cruise was disappointing compared to previous experiences on Royal Caribbean Boarding in Miami : out of 20+ cruises, this was the worst, most disorganized boarding process I’ve ever seen. First of all there was seating for less than 25 people in the shuttle waiting area at ...

We wanted to go thru the Panama Canal from Miami to Los Angeles. We are diamond plus level cruisers and are supposed to be admitted to the concierge's lounge. We were forced to go to the diamond lounge or overflow lounge because they had too many pinnacles. This is the first time that we were ever excluded from this lounge. The Vision had just returned from dry dock and they had stripped all ...

This was my first cruise ever and I came in completely optimistic, but it was an absolute disaster. From the first moment I entered this ship, you are greeted with this musty smell of this aging ship. The smell would soon become the least of my problems as the journey went on. My interior room was okay but extremely dated. Everything was functional, but the antiquated look was very depressing. ...
