Dissatisfied

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

I went on a Birthday party trip for a family member. The food was not good nor was a variety of free food available during party hours on the boat. We kept having to pay for food. We had to pay for sodas. The sofa table was hard and uncomfortable. No mattress was given. We complained every day and was not accommodated at all. We were given extra blankets to pad the hard surface but that did ...

Traveler beware Cruse from hell

Booked my first cruse and I did not read any reviews, what a mistake I made. I can not complain about the room, meals or entertainment on board ship. My complaint is with what they charge you for everything else that is not mentioned when you book. Example my husband drinks and I do not, when my husband wanted to buy the drink package for 3 days the charge was $307.98, but they would not sell him ...

Horrible service and food!

Room was dirty, food was horrible. Stay away from Royal Caribbean, try others, their absolutely horrible. Called customer service, alerted them of our concerns, and only was offered $115 discount on a future cruise with them, I respectfully declined after spending almost $2000 on a 4 day cruise and coming home extremely dissatisfied. Room was dirty upon entering. Our dinner reservation was ...

We cruised, not impressed. 17 family members total. Two parents, four (42-36yr old siblings), eleven (1-17r) of those offspring. I’m not and will never be impressed with the noise levels at night in the rooms. Disco night was the first night and we could clearly hear all words to the music played, it played well past 11:30 pm. We asked to please lower the volume multiple times, with no success. At ...

This was our first cruise with RC. We chose this ship for the itinerary: ABC islands. Unfortunately, we could not dock in Aruba due to high winds, but hey, it's Mother Nature. No one really wanted to go to Nassau AGAIN....but at least the captain found us another port...HA! We arrived at the Miami port around noon. We were in our cabin by 1:30! Luggage did not come to our room until ...

Will Never Cruise Royal Caribbean Again

We have been on approximately 11 cruises, seven of which have been on RCCL. We chose this cruise because it was going to four places we had never been to before. We will remember this cruise for all the wrong reasons. While this cruise had a number of minor annoyances, the two major issues were the fact that the cruise to Aruba did not go to Aruba, and the snorkeling excursion in Bonaire did ...

We were charged three times to our bank for stateroom charges, and have to dispute them. The bedding was unclean, private hairs and looked like urine stains. The housekeeping said they don't change the sheets everyday. No soda machines, have to stand at bar for any soda; and they are not opened all the time. The buffet sometimes had better food than the specialty restaurants. Pools and sauna were ...

Navigator of the Sea is not handicapped friendly

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

First let me say this was my first cruise so I didn't know what to expect. I am handicapped and rely on either a mobility scooter or a wheelchair with my wife pushing. Since this was my first cruise we opted for the wheelchair so that I could get off the ship in ports and enjoy the area a little. We stayed in room 7304 which is a handicapped accessible room so they say. From the very first ...

This was our ninth cruise in the Caribbean; the entertainment on the ship was fine, a good crowd overall friendly and inviting. The meals in the dinning room were of decent quality with excellent service. The buffet was the same cheap offering daily low quality meats with cold "warm meals" it was the same offering every day with no change, although we found breakfast and the evening meal to be ...
