Cold food & no lounge chairs

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Caribbean Princess

because I'm a platinum member and I liked the itinerary. The food in all dining rooms and buffet was cold. I had a steak in the island room and it was lukewarm. Even the soups were cold. It was impossible to find a lounge chair if you're not at the pool by 7/8 am. So we did not use the pool. The entertainment was for younger crowd. 2 nights jammin Jay Lamont a beatbox comedian when most ...

Beautiful new ship - much better than Crown Princess

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Regal Princess

Just come back from a 7-night cruise to Eastern Caribbean, and had a great time. The ship (at time of writing) is still less than a year old, and is shiny and new, with all the carpets still spotless, and the marble and gold railings gleaming, the cabin still fresh, the bed still comfortable. Had a balcony stateroom up on deck 15, and forward, so I was a little apprehensive about feeling too ...

This was our first cruise on the Caribbean Princess. We've ben on 4 other Princess cruses and about 33 other cruises on various lines. We stayed in mini suite D505and since we had ben to these ports before, didn't even plan to get off the ship. We just needed a short rest. Luckily, the ship was only about 2/3 full so there were no waits for tables, the show lounge, elevators, etc. Unluckily, I ...

We have cruised with Disney three times and Royal Caribbean twice. This was our first Princess cruise and I have to say that we were very pleased. To start, check in was smooth and easily organized. The boat itself is beautiful. I personally liked the largeness of the boat as I did not really notice any motion. We left out of Miami headed to the Cayman Islands and Cozumel. Day 1 was a Sea day. ...

I have been on almost all the different cruise lines and I have to tell you this was the WORST I have ever been on! I will start out First to say I have Medical issues and need to use a Wheel Chair for boarding long walking, and have a very difficult time with stairs. I took this Princess Cruise with My Twin Sister, As I always do I notified them of my Medical Issues and I was assured there would ...

Great Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Emerald Princess

This was our first cruise and we were fortunate to be able to go on this with family members that cruise regularly. This meant that we were better prepared than most first time cruisers in what to expect. We enjoyed the ship, the ports and what activities we did get involved in. The ship was lacking in some areas for new empty nesters interested in fun and activities like night life. Very few ...

After a long flight from the UK we landed in Miami and were picked up by Terry, a kind member of Cruise Critic who kindly offered to pick us up from the airport and drop us at our hotel and to "pay it forward". Boy were we pleased to see him after a nearly ten hour flight and about a ninety minute wait at immigration where the lines were horrendous. Even with our ESTA's in hand, fingerprints and ...

Returned form a fantastic cruise, once again with princess. I have read various reviews on cc stating that the food was bad, service was poor. Let me tell you this was not the case with my experience. I have been on around 16 cruises, sailing with Princess, Royal Caribbean, P & O and Celebrity. Out of these Princess and Celebrity definitely top the charts. Lets get started. Embarkation was a ...
