To make a long story short, this trip was by far the worst cruise we have every experienced. The service was horrible, not one staff member was friendly, smiled, or seemed to enjoy their job. The food and food service was worse than waiting in line at a fast food restaurant. It seemed we waited for ever for our beverages, and forget asking for them to leave the bread basket, against the policy. ...
