Nice common areas on deck - appreciated the stage area in a central spot that was consistent with music and entertainment throughout sea days and in the afternoons as cruisers were returning to the ship.

THE GOOD: Me and my family had spent a week in Florida, and we decided to go on a first short weekend cruise to the bahamas while we were there. This was a 2 night cruise, originally going from miami to great stirrup cay, bahamas (NCL's private island) and then back to miami. Freestyle dining was not free in most cases. Most of the restaurants had a surcharge of $10-$25 per person. We decided to have breakfast & lunch in the Garden Cafe and eat dinner in the 2 free main dining rooms. ...

From the beginning when the cabin was booked in February 2009 NCL Internet customer service department has worked with me to make this surprise for my wife "NOT A SURPRISE TO ME". Meaning that I had not run into any difficulties in making the booking, making several changes to my reservation, adding and removing multiple packages to my reservation. Final payment was made and I expected the rest ...
