We choose this cruise because we have always had good luck with Norweign. We choose the transatlantic because neither of us had ever been to any of the Ports of stop and the Value was good.
The food was so good and so many options. Best Bacon ever. and their not even Canadian chefs.
We can't wait to book again, and we have only been home a week.

We were on the 13 Day Transatlantic Cruise on the NCL Jade. Overall, the ship is lovely and has many nice features, and the crew is friendly and keeps the ship in good condition. This was our 15th cruise and 5th transoceanic voyage.

To start with, I was apprehensive about the length of this cruise with the first 7 days at sea. I was especially concerned about communications using wifi while at sea (I'm still working, unlike the majority of passengers) and also how rough the waters might be and if I'd feel sick. From day one our toilet did not flush at all or only once a day. Out of a 13 day cruise our toilet only worked 4 days with no problem. The customer service staff was helpful, when they saw me heading their way they knew what the problem was.
