We started cruising on Norwegian over 15 years ago and they are our favorite cruise line. We love the Freestyle cruising and the Dawn did not disappoint us. The ship was very nice in every respect and the crew was terrific.

We have the best vacation ever on the March 18th 10 day sailing on the Dawn.
Embarkation was a breeze even though there was a huge line up of people, we expecting a long wait, it was pretty smooth. We got to the port at about 12:30 and I think we were on the pool deck by 1:30 at the latest. I went straight to the Garden Cafe for my first meal on the ship.

This was our first cuise with NCL and it was the best!!
We had the easiest & quickest embarkation ever!! Arrived at Miami port @11:30 and waited 1 hour to board the ship. You receive your room card, account setup and picture at the terminal so when you board the ship there is no further delays. flew to Miami arriving morning of the cruise (7 am). Killed some time at airport as was too early to head to Port. Took a cab to port I believe $24 fixed fare (2 cab as was traveling with mu wife, 5 children and our teenagers friend). Short drive to Port. Porters checked in our luggage. Stayed at Hyatt West for $160, left car there 11 days free, free trans to port for 2, return cost $12. A very nice room, breakfast included.
Arrived terminal 11am, check in took 10 minutes, 20 more before ship was ready to board. Beautiful atrium, puwarm reception from friendly crew, rooms ready at 2pm.
