Ok this is my 3rd cruise, my first two cruises were on Carnival and Disney. I must say, comparing the three, Norwegian comes in 3rd place. Overall I had a good time on my vacation. My wife and I are frequent cruisers, one or two cruises per year. We have cruised with RCI, Princess, Carnaval, Celebrity and NCL. This was our first trip on the Epic and we hadn't sailed with NCL in 20 years.

My perspective is from a wheelchair-user. Check-in was very good, quick and easy. Upon entering the ship the sheer size and amount of people (it was a packed ship; 4500 capacity) is overwhelming. This eases up a bit, but it really feel much crowder than other smaller cruises.
