This was a very crowded cruise and not much was done to make it feel less so. The spaces on the ship were not fully used. Even though it was in the 50's and windy the evening movies were still at the outside pool deck. Why not move them to the conference center area? We have been on several cruises with Royal and Celebrity and I must say this was the WORST. They were very disorganized and it seems that they have cut corners every which way they can. We wanted to go to Europe and on other ships we love sea days. Embarkation went smoothly. It was just before bed that we got our bags though. They weren't delivered, we hunted them down and brought them to our cabin ourselves. The ship is a mess. Automatic doors don't open- you have to stick your fingers in and heave to get out on deck.
