Food was sub par, not good at all. Many times served cold and most times was not good.
Charging for room service delivery is a disappointment. Coffee or something small on balcony was something I looked forward to. Entertainment was high school level at Best.

Recognition for outstanding service to the Diamond Lounge Concierge JJ. She was such a delightful person and truly the only highlight of my cruise vacation. She made us feel at home at the diamond lounge and was soo attentive to our needs and concerns. She was the best and only good thing we had on this cruise.

The only thing I can say about this cruise were the workers. They all were fabulous but the rest of the ship you can have. The buffet had the same things everyday and were the cheapest food you can find. The main dining room and our servers were fabulous and so was the food. The entertainment was awful. Specialty dining service was absolutely terrible across all 3 venues I tried. Food was inedible at Sabor and Filet's over cooked at Chops & Giovannis.
Too much upselling of everything including specialty restaurants which are not special at all.
