MSC needs work on communication
We sailed the MSC Meraviglia October 16 sailing. Beautiful ship, clean with a friendly staff. That makes a good first impression but it doesn’t take long for that to be questioned. I tried MSC for the first time, like most people on the ship because of the great price. This is my experience recently on the Meraviglia. I got a e mail to check in at 1:40 originally then it was changed to 2:30. My flight got in at 11:00 and we went right to the ship , was welcomed and taken right in at 11:45.
