Saw this cruise advertised for a pretty cheap Nassau and Ocean Cay 4 night trip. All in all with excursions, drink package and room upgrade we were in for about $1400. Right off the bat not the best deal looking back on it. The issues started with joining Voyager Club…to this day and after multiple calls, emails and speaking to the ship my Voyager Club is still not active, they keep sending ...
Enjoyed this 7 day cruise even though two of the four ports were cancelled after we boarded. Beautiful ship, friendly crew, wonderful shows in the theatre. Food was ok, not great but acceptable in the buffet. Minor complaints:
1. Buffet ran out of orange juice and pepperoni one day 3of a 7 day cruise.
2. Cruise director never seen except for at the theatre
The grand cayman port was ...
My first time on the Divina was in Dec of 2021 and my review of course hasn't changed much. I didn't want to go back again since I love exploring different ships but I had no other choice but to keep this booking.
The Divina is a very nice ship but it's also dated.
The food was okay in both the Black Crab and the buffet. I do not pay extra for specialty dining since we always find something ...
While cruising the Mediterranean, a world-traveled couple told us that MSC was a great cruise line. We should have done some research and that is the reason I am writing this now, hopefully you will read this before you book with MSC. Perhaps ships embarking from Rome have a higher standard but the Miami/Bahamas itinerary was awful.
The good: the ship was renovated; however, the rooms look ...
It was as if the staff had been told to push to sell everything to you, even had to pay for bottled water in the cabin which was a first for us having been on other cruise lines .And there were more speciality restaurants (have to pay ) than included dining .
The entertainment (apart from the pantheon theatre) was repeated every night by the same singers and same songs (boring) .the sports bat ...
We would like to thank MSC for a wonderful cruise to west Caribbean aboard Divina. In the midst of an upsurge of Covid infections, MSC crew did what they could to give us an enjoyable and memorable trip. We have done multiple cruise trips in last 10 years, last one being on Princess Majestic just a month ago, but never on MSC. To be honest, we had relatively low expectation for this trip, based on ...
The fabulous crew on this ship takes the cake and wins the most points for this cruise! The core entertainment staff really rocked! Even with the lower numbers of passengers, they kept up their enthusiasm and energy and tried to get everyone involved in all activities. They also made efforts to get to know the passengers which made this cruise feel much more intimate than others I have been on. ...
We selected this cruise for the ports of call. This was a 14 day cruise with what they call a back-to-back because it stops back in Miami after 11 days then 3 more days in Bahamas. Of course with everything that was going on all of those ports of call were canceled with the exception of Bahamas. We went to Honduras, Belize, Costa Maya & Cozumel instead of Jamaica, Aruba, Columbia, Costa Rica & ...
On the pro side entertainment is really good, diversified live music throughout the different bars/venues, particularly from 5.30 PM untill 11.30PM/+ consisting of a live band on the main bar and then small piano / live singing throughout the different venues on the ship.
Main show with different performers offering different genres, opera, pop music, dance, acrobats , consistently delivered ...
Most cruises are so much fun, we always ask where did the time go? before you know it the cruise is over, so we thought this would be the perfect way to enjoy a lengthy 18 day cruise, only this cruise we were counting the days for it to end!
We knew having to wear a mask the entire time indoors would be a trade off for 1/3 capacity during our sailing, but it wasn’t long when we started noticing ...
