We chose this cruise for the promo. EZ drink package, wifi and OBC. We flew directly to Miami on sailing date and were met at the airport by shuttled arranged by MSC. It was a short ride to the port and we were checking in very shortly. \ We found the Armonia to be a very well organized ship. We found our cabin (we had booked Interior Guaranteed} and were upgraded to an Oceanview. The cabin ...

Our first time with MSC. Arrmonia is a nice mid size ship with enough going on to fill our evenings. The ship was very very clean we did not catch the COVID-19 bug Food ... we was on the first sitting for our evening meal. The food was just ok nothing to rave about. The buffet dinner was better also the pizza was nice a great snack of tea when we did not fancy the menu. Cabin .. we was ...

A good cruise for the money, with limitations that I knew going in.

This cruise was on sale which was the main reason I booked. I've been on MSC before had had a good idea of what to expect. The ship is the oldest and the smallest in their fleet, so it does not have all the newest features. The ship was not originally built to handle the amount of passengers that it currently carries. Sometimes in the common areas it was a bit crowded, and that was with the ...

My husband and I received a status match to the Voyager's Club Diamond Card last January 2019 when we were on MSC for the first time, sailing on Divina. In order to keep the status we needed to sail again within 18 months, and so we chose this cruise. We had been to Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman before, but it was a while ago so that was fine. We had a very early flight into Miami, so we were ...

I choose this cruise as friends of mine talked me into tagging along. It was my first cruise with MSC. The ship is an older ship and small compared to the more modern mega ships. I prefer a smaller ship anyway. For her age the crew takes very good care of her. Only one complaint. The windows need to be cleaned more often. I preferred to eat eat at the buffet. There was a good ...

This was my first cruise on MSC, so I wasn't sure what to expect especially since their website is not user friendly and very slow. I was pleasantly surprised though! I was booked on this cruise plus the 2/24/20 sailing as a B2B. Embarkation was fast and efficient. I was on board by 12PM. I started exploring the ship and made my way to Deck 11 for lunch. The Buffet was crowded, but I joined a ...

First time on MSC, The MSC Armonia. Friendliest crew EVER

I chose this cruise mostly because of its reasonable cost, and that it would be a new Cruise Line. MSC made it more enticing to try them with their Status Match Program. Though benefits differ from cruise line to cruise line; they are generally an incentive to be loyal. Knowing I would get "top tier" treatment made it easier to try something new. I flew into Fort Lauderdale and took an ...

It was good but not great

Cruised with extended family. Our oceanview room (no balcony rooms for families of 4 on this ship!) was small but livable and clean and had decent storage. We set it up as 4 twins - bunkbed style - rather than a queen and twin bunks. This gave us much more floor space. Our steward Muhammad was so sweet and did a great job. This is definitely a European style cruise. That worked for us - we ...

what we liked about cruise 1.Shows were awesome. The entertainment team or the dream team was really good as well. Liked that different dance lessons were made available and taught by a very good team 2.Kids club(mini and junior) worked well. Love the fact they are open later compared to some other cruiselines. Like the fact that we could leave the kids in Kids club and take an excursion ...

Had traveled with other cruise lines and just wanted to find out how different this cruise line was from the others. After reading the reviews I had some reservation, however once on board this all changed. The dining service was great, along with the housekeeping service. Entertainment was OK. Special mention must be made of Jorge and Datta, who waited on us during our dining experience at the ...
