Not up to standards in Miami

Review for a Cuba Cruise on MSC Armonia

I’ve traveled on MSC Divina out of Miami and loved it, I can honestly say that MSC brought a new level of elegance to cruising in south Florida, but the Armonia is just not up to the standards that Miami cruisers are use to. Even the cheaper Carnival lines out of this port are better. The air conditioning didn’t work for 2 days Not just in our room but all the rooms in our section. The ship ...

MSC first time cruise and last

This review will be long. I am an experienced cruiser; with this being my 14th cruise. First time and last on MSC. I have cruised in the past with Carnival, Holland, Norwegian, Royal Carribbean and Windjammer. I travel frequently and generally expect some hiccups when traveling by air, boat, or car. I would describe myself as pretty tolerant and not difficult to please. We cruised from Miami ...

Good Itinerary, Horrible Service

This was the third cruise my family and I have taken with MSC. We have had positive experiences before but not this time on board the MSC Armonia. It started poorly with the embarkation process. A process that in previous Cruises had been pretty smooth was a complete mess. The agent checking us in did not know the itinerary. Kept telling us different ports that we were not going to. Once ...

We basically chose this ship because of the itinerary. Cuba is a must see. First off, MSC, you need to update your website. Its difficult and disappointing trying to get any information from MSC. We overall had a great time on the ship. There's more than 7 languages spoken and the Captain spoke almost all of the languages "very impressive" our cruise director Seanon was great also, very funny ...

Go, only if Havana is your destination

We chose this voyage because of the overnight in Havana with the long days in port. The we arrived late and left early abbreviating our time in Havana. Fortunately we had a private tour on the second day so we could adjust our times. Embarkation in Miami was a snap! We arrived at 2pm and were onboard at 2:45. Know in advance that English is possibly the 4th language over the speaker ...

The embarkment of the the cruise was very smooth, got our luggage quite fast after boarding the ship. The day at sea I decided to go into the pool and a few hours later my eye started swelling up. It became worst so visited the on board doctor who confirmed I had an infection which could be caught using the pool. This did put a big downer to my holiday. The cabin size was as expected on a ...

MSC cruise lines said they are not responsible to reimburse a passenger who books a tour through them when the tour does not provide services as advertised, shortens the tour to 1-1/2 hrs from the advertised 3-1/2 hrs & does not furnish the passenger a guide in their native language, i.e. English as advertised. If you like to waste your time & money on a tour that doesn't complete as sold & ...

Disappointing cruise

Review for a Cuba Cruise on MSC Armonia

So we chose this cruise as the places visited were amazing. We have cruised before but never with MSC and I have to say we will never choose MSC again. The only positives were the embarkation at the start which was very organised and the places we visited. 1. The ship itself was old and needs updating. There is nothing grand about the ship whatsoever. We hoped that with it being ...

Worst cruise ever

We chose this Cruise because of its itinerary to Cuba. Embarkation was excellent. It took less than 10 minutes. Disembarkation went smoothly also. Entertainment The theatrical entertainment lacked variety. Basically the same acts and performers each night, just different music and theme. The seating in the theater needs adjustments. Additional chairs were added to increase the capacity. ...
