The overall experience was great. The cake I ordered in advance for the bithday of my friend was a disaster. Restaurant manager (madam which I dont remember her name) suddenly came with the cake already singing "happy birthday" to ANTHONI!!!! I specifically said in the request the cake was to guest FRANCISCO. Cruise had his details and his bith date. Really disapointed with the ...

family reunion- great for family gathering I would like to have special activity for senior citizens, providing the fact that they do not get to move around as quickly as others. Adult children with senior parents should be given priority boarding the ship and they should have some kind of assistance by staff to make certain that their love ones get to see as much as possible. The ship ...

Our family decided to return to cruising after a 9 year break. This was our sons first cruise and we was doing on the same ship we spent our honeymoon on 15 years earlier. We were excited to see the changes that had been made especially how the ship had been “stretched”. The ship looked great overall but was definitely showing signs of age. We enjoyed the ship but did not notice the constant ...

We choose this cruise, because of the affordable price, the various ports and the overall convenience. The dining options were very diverse, even for two of the pickiest eaters I know. The ship runs like a well oiled machine, from the time you get on, until the moment you disembark...Enchantment of the Seas is non-stop action. My kids loved the night club, the 70's show and the line dancing. My ...

Not everyone in our group had a passport and we needed a cruise that you didn’t need one. Royal Caribbean has been our favorite cruiseline. We’ve always loved Coco Cay and the peacefulness, especially on the South Beach...like our own paradise. We love the hammocks and quite!! We all wanted to go back there Before they ruined it with their new concept of Fun. We are So very disappointed to hear ...

Good time but do your homework - Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas

Took my family (4 kids...3, 11, 13, 15) and my wife on the cruise. The program for the 3yr old was great. She loved going to their activity center. For the other kids, I would say activities were lacking. They have a teen club, arcade (2 games and some claw machines), and another club for the 11 year old. Those activities were definitely underwhelming. My oldest hung out with us after the ...

Royal Caribbean 4 Night Bahamas Cruise

My family and I chose this cruise because we’d previously sailed with Royal Caribbean and Carnival and preferred Royal Caribbean because of its service and cleanliness. My husband and I traveled with our children, ages 11 and 6, and our mothers. The ship, Enchantment of the Seas, is outdated but very clean. The food options were phenomenal, as always. Eating dinner in the main dining room is a ...

We live in Florida and decided to take this cruise which left Miami. This is our first time on this ship. The cruise went to Bahamas and then Key West. We haven't been to Key West for sometime. Had openings on our calendar, so decided to take the drive from our home in the Tampa area to Miami. The ship is a bit old and could use some TLC in some areas. Otherwise, we found it to be always ...

Fantastic weekend getaway

I was on this cruise 2 months ago for another short weekend and then we booked this one again with some friends who have never cruised before. Even though I'm used to the larger Freedom-class and Oasis-class ships, we loved everything about this one as it's perfect for a weekend getaway and it was even better as an introductory cruise for first timers. I love Coco Cay and the new additions they ...

We selected this cruise for the dates we had available and having no prior experience it did not matter to us which ship. Other reviewers mentioned that this was a smaller ship, but it seemed large to us. We really enjoyed our experience on the Enchantment of the Seas; both the customers and the staff were international and friendly. The food was excellent in the dining room and the buffet had ...
