The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Great crew, fun time aside from some accessibility issues

Overall, we had a fantastic time on this cruise, and I feel that of the Royal cruises I have taken to date (this is #5), that the crew on the Enchantment was the most friendly, capable, and willing to make it a wonderful experience. Boarding was a little rough after waiting 30 minutes for a wheelchair, but once on board, everyone was welcoming. Tamil in the Windjammer was kind enough to show me ...

We arrived about 11:30 and were immediately processed to get on the boat. We were at the Windjammer having lunch by noon. We were told that our rooms wouldn't be ready until 1:30 and sure enough right on the dot our rooms were ready. At first I was put off by the smell in the hallway on our level (level 3). But after the first couple of hours the smell was gone. Everything was efficient and the ...

Our first cruising experience. When we arrived at the port it was extremely busy as the ship was fully occupied and personal was ushering to surrender our carry on before entering the security lobby. Inside the security lobby personal was screaming that no one was allowed to use cellphones. As there was a 300+ group of 15 year old Argentina girls not many obeyed. I wonder why they didn't tell ...

Good but could be better...

Communication was an issue but so many other things were EXCELLENT! Facilities closed without notification and staff did not seem to know when that was going to happen. Things like the jogging track were poorly identified and many people did not know where it was or when it could be used (people set up beach chairs in it at times), they closed hot tubs early (“May be closed for cleaning”) ...

My fiancé and I had a very good and memorable time we were treated like king and queen. The ship was easy to maneuver around in and the cabin was enough for the two of us. Our dinning experience was top notch and the food in the dinning lounge(My fair lady) was very good with great care taken in the preparation as well as the presentation as for the wind jammer at times it was very hard to find a ...

I absolutely loved my cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas with Royal Caribbean. I will try my best to include a very detailed description. I will begin with the boarding of the ship on the first day. It will fairly simple and pain free. We arrived at the dock, checked our bags with a young lady and was sent inside. Inside we were given our Seapass Card and had to provide our photo id & Birth ...

We selected this cruise as a quick getaway, to celebrate our 20th anniversary belatedly and Valentines Day. The check in was flawless, and we went from curbside to on the deck within 10 minutes. We basically walked on. The staff was as we expected, friendly and smiling, going above and beyond to please. The only thing I'll ding RCI on (we are relatively frequent cruisers) is that for the first ...

Is our first cruise experience and it was really good, We wanted to meet as many ports as possible in the Bahamas and couldn't travel for more than a week, so this cruise was the perfect option, but due to weather conditions the stop in cocokay was cancelled :"(, and we spend a day in the sea, the crew manage to make the day on board a great experience full of activities my husband even won $300 ...

The party - Wife and I, mid 40s. Managed to leave the kids at home. We've been on about a dozen cruises mainly split among RCI and Carnival. I've finally come to the conclusion that RCI is better suited to us. Embarkation is Miami was a breeze. We just scrape platinum level, so that makes it a bit easier but embarkation seemed pretty smooth for everyone. The preceding cruise unladed a bit ...

Review of my 3rd ride with RCCL. We rode Enchantment of the seas on a 4 night cruise out of Miami. Overall it was an excellent trip. The wait staff, main dining room food and room attendants were phenomenal, as expected. While the boat is in good shape, it does show signs of age (rusty metal around stairs, worn unpainted areas around decks). Amenities on the boat are good, 4 hot tubs, 3 (REALLY ...
