Returning to ship from Key West, the staff was not ready. Water was empty and line were too long. Not enough staff for the return.
Any time some making was making a presentation from center on level 4, it was hard to hear. We were sitting on level four 30 away and could not under what we being said.

We didn't have a terrible time, because we had each other and can make the most of everything, but we have been on quite a few cruises and this was the lowest quality, even lower than a Carnival Cruise 5 years ago. The ship was in disrepair. Had a JS and the balcony was very badly rusted, burn marks on the balcony table ..gross. The furniture in the cabin was in poor condition, the doors and wood finished furnishings were in bad need of refinishing. Not up to RC standards, very sorry to have to say this, because I like RCI.
