The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Fun Times with Friends

Joined a group of friends who had already booked. We are partial to the Enchantment because we were married 11 years ago on this ship. After sailing a few larger ships and a Mega-ship, I much prefer the smaller crowds and short lines on the smaller ships. I will definitely sail Enchantment again - as long as we go with a group of people, the lack of activities available onboard really doesn't ...

If I wanted to spend my vacation in long lines I would have gone to Disney World. The Good: I'll start by saying that the staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was great (aside from the bread). We had a really great time aside from the long lines. The stateroom was wonderful, you couldn't hear the engines or any ruckus, I would have thought I didn't even have ...

We so enjoyed parasailing! It is a must. This was one of the best vacations my husband & I experienced with friends & family!!! Just a loving, relaxing atmosphere! Staff was awesome! There was some construction and restoration of the boat going on and a few bad odors on board.... But overall good, entertainment was great! Embarkation was fantastic, disembarkation was okay... Can't wait for ...

This was my first cruise vacation normally I vacation at an all exclusive hotel package. Every one was so polite and went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed myself. Even when an error was made they corrected it immediately. At times I wasn't sure what to do or where to go the staff help me and family. I love the different nationalities on the cruise line. Different music styles. The food was ...

So many activities to do all the time and for all ages! We enjoyed all the theater performances and the poolside activities! The food was great and the staff was even better! Our cabin was cozy. The bathroom was a little small for our liking but did fine for 5 days. Our favorite ports were Coco Key and Key West! Our boat was supposedly one of the smaller boats so it did get a little rocky at ...

My sister-in-law did all the arrangements and organized us setting up this cruise. We had a blast. I have nothing negative to say about the ship and the staff. Everyone was extremely nice! We were able to snorkle with my entire family and we rented the snorkeling gear at CocoCay first. It was so beautiful and calm. We couldn’t believe that we swam the entire water twice! It was exciting to ...

Care free relaxing vacation with a 4 year old

We were nervous about taking a 4 year old on a cruise. It turned out so much better than expected. The staff that runs the kids activity club did a great job keeping out daughter happy for a couple hours each night. She also had a great time hanging out with us at night seeing shows in the Centrum area and playing bingo. I didn’t have to worry about cooking or cleaning and the activities, ...

This entire trip and cruise was amazing! Top notch customer service throughout the ship. Great people on the ship! and my cruise was FREE!! I plan to be taking a cruise from here on twice a year! I prefer Royal Caribbean ships due to the ages of those cruising on RC ships opposed to other competitors. The entertainment on the ship was great! The dining experience with our wait staff was ...

Although it was a short getaway with our business partners, it was tremendous! Started out very windy, with a chance of a tropical storm in our path, but we had beautiful weather and a fantastic time. Coco Cay was beautiful and friendly, and the bungalows were just what we were hoping for. Quiet, restful and beautiful surroundings. Great food and drinks served by a fun staff. Enjoyed the beach ...

Our First Cruise...What a great experience!

My wife & I went on this cruise as part of the Tribe Tambor House Music Cruise 2018 as we missed last year's inaugural event. This was my 1st cruise ever & my wife's 2nd cruise experience. The Enchantment of the Seas is an older midsize cruise ship but considering that this was my 1st cruise it appeared huge to me. Ship was well maintained and clean. Our cabin was located on the 2nd deckr port ...
