The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Such a great cruise!

My husband and I are pretty loyal to Royal Caribbean and each cruise we've been on has exceeded our expectations. Our most recent cruise was in May to the Bahamas for three nights. We typically book a room with a balcony, but since this was a short trip (and I got a great deal!) we chose an interior room on the third deck. My stateroom was perfect! My husband is used to his balcony, but ...

The women of the family take a yearly getaway vacation. This was our second time on the 3-day cruise to Bahamas with RC. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! Our cabin steward was Devanie and she was great! Our waiter in the dining room, My Fair Lady, for our 6pm seating was Aries....I love him! I wasn't feeling well the first night and left the table. He was so concerned for my well being, ...

This was my first cruise vacation normally I vacation at an all exclusive hotel package. Every one was so polite and went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed myself. Even when an error was made they corrected it immediately. At times I wasn't sure what to do or where to go the staff help me and family. I love the different nationalities on the cruise line. Different music styles. The food was ...

So many activities to do all the time and for all ages! We enjoyed all the theater performances and the poolside activities! The food was great and the staff was even better! Our cabin was cozy. The bathroom was a little small for our liking but did fine for 5 days. Our favorite ports were Coco Key and Key West! Our boat was supposedly one of the smaller boats so it did get a little rocky at ...

My wife & I went on this cruise as part of the Tribe Tambor House Music Cruise 2018 as we missed last year's inaugural event. This was my 1st cruise ever & my wife's 2nd cruise experience. The Enchantment of the Seas is an older midsize cruise ship but considering that this was my 1st cruise it appeared huge to me. Ship was well maintained and clean. Our cabin was located on the 2nd deckr port ...

Care free relaxing vacation with a 4 year old

We were nervous about taking a 4 year old on a cruise. It turned out so much better than expected. The staff that runs the kids activity club did a great job keeping out daughter happy for a couple hours each night. She also had a great time hanging out with us at night seeing shows in the Centrum area and playing bingo. I didn’t have to worry about cooking or cleaning and the activities, ...

This entire trip and cruise was amazing! Top notch customer service throughout the ship. Great people on the ship! and my cruise was FREE!! I plan to be taking a cruise from here on twice a year! I prefer Royal Caribbean ships due to the ages of those cruising on RC ships opposed to other competitors. The entertainment on the ship was great! The dining experience with our wait staff was ...

Although it was a short getaway with our business partners, it was tremendous! Started out very windy, with a chance of a tropical storm in our path, but we had beautiful weather and a fantastic time. Coco Cay was beautiful and friendly, and the bungalows were just what we were hoping for. Quiet, restful and beautiful surroundings. Great food and drinks served by a fun staff. Enjoyed the beach ...

First and foremost, i would like to give Royal Caribbean staff members a outstanding kudos salute. They made my 1st time experience on a cruise ship one i will never forget. Please forgive me, i forgot my cleaning lady name. She was as excellent as excellent can get. My dining servers Rowena Mendoza, Anoushka Somary and the manager Joshephine went far beyond of what was expected in making my ...
