Worst Experience EVER!!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

My boyfriend and I took a cruise for my graduation and it was our first cruise and it was THE WORST experience on a vacation I have ever had. All of the employees on the cruise did not speak English even the managers! Our waiters barely understood what we would order and would often bring us the wrong food. CocoCay was a joke, if weather is bad there is absolutely nothing to do. Food was cold and ...

Food and restaurant service were sub par. I know this is a short cruise but my wife registered prior as a vegetarian and also asked for a birthday cake on our first night (my bday). Both were ignored. When a cake arrived on the last night, they sang to the wrong person at our table. There were four of us so you had a 50/50 chance at which guy had the birthday. I would think you would know us ...

the worst cruise ever, we had a very bad experience, the food awful, overpriced excursions, the crew unrespectful and annoying, when we walked to our cabin we thought that we got to the 80's and not clean, but we tried food was unbearable, the waiters one day just went to see my wife's phone just to see her photo on bikini, they were trying so hard to be nice that was annoying , the food was ...

we chose this cruise because we love royal Caribbean. The Enchantment of the seas really dropped the ball on this one. with the two times I found plastic in my food to all the restrooms out of order. the entertainment was horrible I had to play music on my phone while sun bathing because there was no DJ while the ship was docked. The waiting staff didn't care enough to ask us about of days just ...

I wanted a nice family cruise, but this was a completely unexpected negative experience for a Royal Caribbean cruise. Enchantment of the seas needs a total refurb and a serious paint job. Lots of visible rust and caulking repairs. There was several paint colors worn though in the pool plus rust. Who is maintains this ship? Food quality was mediocre and the coffee in the windjammer sent me to the ...

A BAD CRUISE

Very nice Nassau, I did the excursion to Sandy Toes, very nice Key West, I did not like Cococay, artificial beach and little food service, faktaron more food options, more fruits, but there were not in the boat, very few fruits, in Cococat the cost of the snorkel rental was USD 47, it is preferable to buy a snorkel in Walmart for USD 10. The cost of the umbrella USD 25, very expensive services ...

Unsatisfied with my first and last cruise with Royal Caribbean

My husband and I did a group cruise on Enchantment of the Seas. Little did we know that this particular ship is nearly 20 years old; it looks and smells every bit of its age. Enchantment of the Seas is very unattractive, smells terrible and is rusted throughout. Our ocean view cabin did not provide a clear window view of the ocean due to the residue buildup in the window pane. My husband and I ...

Went on the October 23rd cruise out of Miami. Boarding was fine...smooth even. The ship itself is fine, although laid out a bit weird. Once you adjust to that it's easy to get around. Our cabin was ok, although the housekeeper was not around for the whole first day. The staff speaks very little English, most were rude, and many would actually cut you off while walking without acknowledging ...

AWFUL Service, Bad Food, Old Ship

This was our first time on Royal Caribbean, we had previously sailed with Carnival three times. Our expectation was that RC would be a nice step up from Carnival, boy were we wrong. Our first stop was to grab a drink before taking off, the bartenders were in complete chaos. We were a little put off by this but also realized that it was busy at the time so we excused the nearly fifteen minute wait ...

The food was NOT good. The buffet food seemed very cheap with the same options every single day. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The bartenders need to go back to school! Their manners and skill level needs a lot of work. The drinks were either too strong or too weak. The ship is 20 years and it shows. The service all around lacked a lot of everything. There wasn't a lot to do on the ship ...
