The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

OK overall experience but really bad customer service

Staff at the Customer Service desk were slow and not very kind. But the Customer Services Director was agressive and indifferent to a report we made concerning a passenger who verbally attacked us for being gay. Nothing serious happened but we were very disappointed by the Customer Services' management ability to deal with an unprovoked and unacceptable agression that made us feel uncomfortable ...

The Enchantment of the Seas is a beautiful ship. Everything was very clean and organized. our room was larger than expected. The amenities were fantastic. So many activities going on. They had a little for everyone. We cruised with a teenage son and a daughter in her 20's, everyone had the best of times. The staff aboard are top notch and answered all questions respectfully no matter how trivial ...

After talking to several friends that have been on cruises, we selected Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas 4 night Bahamas Cruise. We chose a Junior Stateroom with a Balcony and were not disappointed! All interactions with staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The on-board entertainment was great! Lots to choose from!!! We chose both informal and formal dining options to sample ...

Awesome trip

Choose this trip because of price and the fact that we didn't want to be gone too long. Could have probably used another day though because you are cruising at night and docked during the day. The last day you really wake up and leave the ship by 8:00am, not leaving much time for just a relaxing day at the pool. Our food was fabulous and the dinner at night was superb! Our waiter ...

We booked very early for our 55th wedding anniversary celebration and paid for 17 people. We had been assured by our AAA agent that a request for adjacent tables at dinner was acknowledged. When we got our set sail passes we noted that we were assigned three separate tables none of which was close to the other two. The maître d' and his assistant did arrange for us to be at two adjacent tables ...

My husband and I have taken this cruise for the first time with the one and a half year toddler. Duration of 4 nights was perfect for the first time cruise. Yes the boat is not as modern or as large as the newer ones but for the price, we basically have no complaints. Everything was great. We were thoroughly pleased! The service was awesome. Really enjoyed the restaurants they were great. Our ...

We had a good offer through the casino for the holiday cruise so we decided to grab it up. We've been on Enchantment before, and enjoy the ship even though it is "smaller." Overall, RC did a nice job bringing the holidays to the ship. They had a great dinner of turkey and the traditional bouche de noel holiday cake, we were very happy. The highlights: -Santa showed up on Christmas ...

The Enchantment of the Seas exceeded my expectations! The service was stellar, the food selection was great and the daily activities were fun and relevant to all age groups. My family stayed in Suite #8052 the royal family suite was very accommodating for my family of 7. The room was clean and nicely updated. My family enjoyed the nice and spacious balcony. Also, the amenities that you receive for ...

Christmas get away

Dates (Dec. 22-26) were perfect for us as we wished to be away for the holidays. Ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas and provided many opportunities to put us in the Christmas spirit. There was caroling and a special visit from Santa and also a Catholic mass service on the Eve as well as Christmas Day. Christmas Day menu also included a turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Our room ...
