The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Amazing Smooth Trip

Everything was great from beginning to end. Every one on the ship does their job with passion and integrity. The food is quality food, not like the high-salt resort foods. The crew are always cleaning day and night. Room service is provided twice a day. The cabin was kind of small, but you never have to worry about that because the tons of activities they have on the ship make you not want ...

Worst Experience EVER!!

My boyfriend and I took a cruise for my graduation and it was our first cruise and it was THE WORST experience on a vacation I have ever had. All of the employees on the cruise did not speak English even the managers! Our waiters barely understood what we would order and would often bring us the wrong food. CocoCay was a joke, if weather is bad there is absolutely nothing to do. Food was cold and ...

Short and sweet and good value for the money. My Aunt is a Dimond member with this Royal Caribbean. We loved the staff and how much they attended to our every need. What a cruise line to start out with. My husband and I enjoyed this. The next time I will go when its warmer the seas were rough but that is mother nature. Michelle is a excellent cruise director . We enjoyed the shows the food was ...

This was my first cruise so I didn't have any expectations. Upon arriving the staff was very inviting and accommodating. Luggage was brought to our room at a decent time, room was clean and neat. We immediately went to the Windjammer, and the food was very bland, not good at all! I have seen reviews where people spoke of the food not being good, I thought they were just being extra. But no, the ...

We decided to do this cruise with another couple that had sailed with RC on other occasions. This was my first cruise and I was beyond excited! We left from Miami on a Tuesday. First night out the seas were rough and I almost stepped into a pile of vomit in the ladies room. Second day, our visit to CocoCay was cancelled due to foul weather. The winds were so bad that we couldn't even ...

We chose Enchantment of the Seas because my children had never been on a cruise and thought this would be a good place to start. We had two adjoining cabins to have a bit more space. The balcony was nice, however, our weather was so bad we barely had a chance to use it. The kids activities were closed the entire trip, and the upper decks and pools were closed 90% of the time. We missed Cococay ...

Chose this cruise because my older kids 21 & 19 have never been on cruise, been to miami/bahamas so this was our xmas gift. January 2018 sailing date. Left from Miami, only a 3 night cruise was to go to coco cay - however had to miss the port due to high wind and choppy waters, so it went right to nassau instead. Sad we missed coco cay however got to experience senior frogs where we absolutely ...

Food and restaurant service were sub par. I know this is a short cruise but my wife registered prior as a vegetarian and also asked for a birthday cake on our first night (my bday). Both were ignored. When a cake arrived on the last night, they sang to the wrong person at our table. There were four of us so you had a 50/50 chance at which guy had the birthday. I would think you would know us ...

We (Vicki and Steve) are Diamond C & A members, Vicki is 58 and I am 60. This was our 25 cruise with Royal Caribbean. We booked this 3 night cause to extend our Florida stay over New Years. It was a bit different because we had just sailed on the Enchantment on it’s 10/30/17 sailing. Between these two sailings, the ship had undergone a two dry dock. This being said it is difficult not to ...

Abysmal Bar Service

I am loyal to the RC brand and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences up until the 2017-2018 New Years cruise on the Enchantment. And it wasn't just New Years Eve, it was the entire cruise The average wait time for a drink (time from bar arrival to order to delivery to receipt sign) was TWENTY minutes, even longer if you sat and ordered from wait staff. And even LONGER on New Years Eve. ...
