Poor Experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

Flight delay (3h), booked with Royal Caribbean. Airport to Ship transfer did not show up (non refundable). Having paid for transfer, I had to pay additional for a Taxi, so I would not miss the ship. Made it just in time for the safety drill (1hour there). On top of that, bad weather (but that's not RCI fault). In order to hear the announcements, I needed to keep the door open, since the speaker ...

This was our first cruise. I've always been told either you're a cruiser or you're not. Well, it turns out we're cruisers!! Thank you Royal Carribean and all of your extremely pleasant staff for our 1st but not last cruise experiece with you. We weren't sure what to expect with the food and it really made all the difference in the world. Fantastic!! Every day we woke up looking forward to the ...

Miserable experience, surprised RC has not stopped this.

I just wanted to share how horrendous my past experience was with your cruise line. If I wanted to book a “tacky” Carnival Cruise, I would have. I chose Royal Caribbean because my past experiences (gold member) have assured me that you have the highest quality standards in every detail from ship to service. This was not the case in my past experience with the Enchantment of the Seas. This was ...

We chose this cruise for a family vacation. We took a group of 11 ranging in age from 3 to 50. We chose this ship because it was a 3-day cruise. This was a factor because our children had never sailed before, and we weren't sure if they would get sea-sick. Our children enjoyed themselves. They enjoyed everything from the activities to entertainment, but they hated the beds. But, as people who have ...

This was our first cruise and a very good first impression. The ship itself is dated, but I feel like it gives it that extra charm. The crew ...from low rank to high were all amazing. They made you feel so welcome! We dined for on time dining and weren't overly impressed, but the Windjammer buffets... Delicious and so many choices. It rained the whole time for our first cruise, but being on that ...

The program they sent around each day was incorrect plus there was miscommunication with the staff and Miss misinformation. I didn't feel there was enough in entertainment or the type of entertainment I was used to on cruise ships I didn't see anything on shows that I liked there are music tributes but that's not what I go on a cruise for the movies that was shown on the big screen over the pool ...

We cruise with RC all the time so much so that we are almost at Diamond Status. So it kills me to say this but we had a terrible time on Enchantment of Seas. We stayed in room 3599. Unbeknownst to us this was directly below the Centrum. We heard EVERY party thru our ceiling every night ALL night. So got zero sleep. Our room did not have a fridge which we needed because husband has meds that need ...

My husband and I went straight from the airport to the ship. Once on the ship, we had a great time all the way through. The ocean view room we has was great and well maintained throughout our stay, often being cleaned several times daily. The food was so far above my expectations that I truly felt like it was some of the best food that I've eaten, as a self proclaimed foodie. There was always ...

Great Ship For First Time Cruisers

If your a first time cruiser this is the perfect ship to start off on. Even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the newer ships it makes up for it in heart. The staff and crew were excellent and you can tell they truly love what they do! You feel like family by the end of your trip. I don't really think that I have many complaints. Security was ON POINT. Rooms were small but you ...

Such a great experience

My boyfriend and I chose to travel on the Enchantment of the Seas for a graduation celebration because of its affordability and location (Bahamas & Key West). We stayed in an Outside room (porthole with ocean view) in the third deck and it was great. I was worried about possible sea sickness, but I felt nothing in our room and barely any nausea throughout the ship. We chose to do the My Time ...
