The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

We love traveling with Royal Caribbean and enjoy their level of services and professionalism. We traveled to Miami from our home in central Florida and spent the night at a local Hampton Inn before embarking on our cruise. Embarkation and disembarkation went exceptionally smooth. we got on at the cruise beginning around 11 am and were part of the first couple dozen passengers to board. Upon our ...

I absolutely loved my cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas with Royal Caribbean. I will try my best to include a very detailed description. I will begin with the boarding of the ship on the first day. It will fairly simple and pain free. We arrived at the dock, checked our bags with a young lady and was sent inside. Inside we were given our Seapass Card and had to provide our photo id & Birth ...

We got this cruise as a promotional offer and were more than satisfied. The ship was clean and comfortable, the staff was terrific and the food was exceptional. Loved every minute of it. Royal Caribbean has many shore excursions available, some were pricy but most were affordable. They did stop at Coco Cay, which is their own private island, and we were surprised to encounter Manatees while ...

I was disappointed with this cruise. I will have to think long and hard before I would agree to next Royal Caribbean cruise. The theme of the cruise was to sell, sell, sell. From the minute you enter to the ship, they were trying to sell you something: drink packages, excursions, beach apparel, artwork, dinners in the restaurant, next cruise, etc... Constantly on every TV channel, daily ...

We selected this cruise as a quick getaway, to celebrate our 20th anniversary belatedly and Valentines Day. The check in was flawless, and we went from curbside to on the deck within 10 minutes. We basically walked on. The staff was as we expected, friendly and smiling, going above and beyond to please. The only thing I'll ding RCI on (we are relatively frequent cruisers) is that for the first ...

I was recommended Royal Caribbean by my family. So I planned a Bahamian cruise with my wife. I chose Enchantment of the seas because of the ports it would be visiting and the duration. I didn't want a long sail on our very first cruise. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The service, the staff, the ambience. It was all beyond expectations. There were great events and activities on board for ...

Embarkation and Debarkation went smoothly. The process for leaving and re-entry to the ship at the ports went smoothly as well. We enjoyed the interaction with the crew members, who were extremely approachable and friendly. They were dedicated to ensure everyone had a fun time. They provided information constantly about the different activities on board and excursions at the ports, either by ...

Went for a birthday celebration with 25 family & friends so a brief relatively inexpensive cruise was the goal. Ship was tired & in need of refurbishing. Felt crowded. Cabin (7086) was smaller than I would have wished. But, plenty of storage space. Beds were just OK. A/C was excellent. Soundproofing was good. Food was plentiful but low mediocre. Surprisingly, best meal of the day was lunch. ...

I originally booked a cruise on Majesty of the Seas cruise over 10 months ago for a sail date of Feb 1 2018. They cancelled that date and I rebooked the 3 rooms I had reserved for Feb 5 201, 8, still Majesty of the seas from Cape Canaveral. October 2017 we were informed they were taking boat of the line, we chose to go on a cruise from Miami and our prices would be price protected. Enchantment of ...
