We chose the Oceania Vista because it was a smaller ship. The staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating in every way. We just got off the Icon of the Seas after it's 6th sailing. The ship is beautiful. Has so many wonderful things- but some negatives. Boarding was fast and easy- well organized- we entered Deck five- the promenade- it is spacious filled with many features of the Oasis class- but much wider and brighter- the Pearl is a beautiful structure on that level . We haven't sailed with Royal in almost 20 years and have been on 6 Carnival cruises in between those times. We had a very good time to say the least. Miami was our port and we got thru security and onto the ship within 30 mins but I could see it taking an hour or more easily.
