Worst ever!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Armonia

This was the worst Cruise line I've ever been on. I took my 20 year old son on it for his first cruise and was embarrassed. The ship's elevator kept breaking down. They changed our itinerary and we couldn't stop at the port that we wanted to see the most. They kept us on their tiny ship that day instead and did not provide any alternative entertainment for us. The entertainment was awful. They ...

This message is to warn anyone planning on having a Carnival cruise wedding to NOT DO IT! If it weren’t for my family and friends the entire memory would be a disaster! I planned a carnival cruise wedding on the sensation on July 30,2019. Upon deciding that I would have the wedding with Carnival I submitted all my documents necessary so that the wedding planner on board would be informed of all ...

Save your money ~ don't sail with MSC.

We are one of the people who were affected by the travel ban to Cuba. We had booked a 7 day cruise with MSC for ONLY the reason that they offered a 2-day stop in Cuba. Of course, it wasn't their fault that travel to Cuba was banned 2 weeks before our cruise but while other cruise companies offered full refunds and other great options (like moving your itinerary AND getting 50% off your cruise), ...

Book another cruiseline!

We chose this cruise due to the stopover in Havana, which, although not the fault of MSC, was extremely disappointing. We are from the UK and only received notification of this a few days before we were due to leave. The pathetic $400 OBC no way compensated for the dreadful ports which we replaced Havana. This cruise was priced higher than the regular Islands and Costa Maya and Roatan are both ...

Worst vacation of my life!!

Review for a Cuba Cruise on Norwegian Sky

Everyone talks about how awesome cruises are. On Norwegian I had just the opposite experience. To start I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of boarding the ship that was awesome. In heading to my room on the 10th floor upon opening the elevator I was startled by the smell of raw sewage. To be honest if I wanted to smell raw sewage I’ll go get a job at the local water treatment plant. ...

Nightmare On Armonia

Decided to try MSC because I liked the sail/stop schedule. Big mistake. HUGE. The ship belongs in the bone yard. Very tired. Balcony doors don’t open. Air conditioning doesn’t work. TV and Internet is a joke. Entertainment is horrendous. The food is terrible all the way around, only second to the deplorable, disingenuous leadership of the ship who have no interest in hearing about your issues let ...

Not worth going to Cuba. Waste of money.

Review for a Cuba Cruise on Norwegian Sky

Norwegian Sky needs more renovation. Cabin was in sad shape. Food had little taste. Buffet was mass quantity of the same food every day. Cuba needs to be seen on a misson not on a tour bus. Tour operator knew the party line, however, the 6 hr. tour is a waste to spend an hour at a cigar/rum store, 2.5+ hours at lunch (waiting for other buses to show up) with bland food and no talent dancers, and ...

DON'T GO ON THIS BOAT

I Chose this boat because of all the ports it went to. First of all they give you like a 6 hr window for each island, but I said let me just go for it anyways. Embarking was smooth and pretty easy but to disembark it was a hassle. First of all the ship got to Miami like at 7am which everyone typically is sleeping or just waking up and all you hear is the loud speaker already telling you the ...

Review for a Cuba Cruise on MSC Armonia

I did read the reviews but I choose this cruise because of it’s Cuba itinerary. Most Americans reviews don’t like MSC because it’s too European. While I find that to be the same for me, there was other negatives which were more for my experience. These negatives were the following: Food (worse cruise food ever and I have been on a lot of cruises). They had the same items for every meal time at ...

Never MSC again

We chose this cruise line for the itinerary. But that did not make up for the terrible experience we had before and during the cruise. We had many smaller issues, but I'll stick with the three biggest. #1 - I paid for the cruise upfront, but MSC didn't book me that way and I didn't notice they hadn't charged my credit card. Shortly before the cruise they emailed that they had canceled our ...
