Cruised with a group of 7, ages from 50 to 95! My mother in law uses a cane and wheelchair to get around the ship. She never really has a problem getting around. Stayed in room 8207 with a large window looking out. Beds were together to form one large bed, bigger than a queen, smaller than a king. Everyone talks about how awesome cruises are. On Norwegian I had just the opposite experience. To start I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of boarding the ship that was awesome. Good rates we felt, only bad thing was lack of food variety sometimes and I wish they would have more staff come up to you to talk about things you can do on the ship. Chose this cruise because it was our first time cruising and wanted to see if we liked it. The overall ship experience was better than I thought. Lineups to board/off board were well managed. Lineups for food or drinks were also very limited. They had a good staff ratio.

We booked the cruise because of the 2 days in Havana and we enjoyed the full cruise as well. We had sailed on the Poesia a couple of years ago and we liked the Armonia cruise more. The food was definitely better on the Armonia. The Hotel Director on the Armonia went above and beyond and most of the Senior Staff were very friendly and outgoing.

Decided to try MSC because I liked the sail/stop schedule. Big mistake. HUGE. The ship belongs in the bone yard. Very tired. Balcony doors don’t open. Air conditioning doesn’t work.
