to enjoy the weather of the Carribean, to relax on board of the ship we arrived in Miami, and we didn't like it very much. But the weather was great as we arrived from Belgium where it was freezing. The embarkation was great, if you are in a Suite, no waiting time, and as a suite guest you can go to the Luminae for Lunch and dinner. We enjoyed Cozumel, we weent with a Submarine, wich was ...

Embarkation: very smooth, not a lot of waiting - we got to Port of Miami at 10AM and were on the ship before noon. It definitely helps to get there early; the Port really filled up by about 11:30. Ship: Reflection is an absolutely gorgeous ship, decorated very tastefully and laid out such that it was rare to find ourselves stuck "in a sea of people." The general atmosphere of the ship is laid ...

This was our second cruise on Reflection and third cruise total. We previously have done the eastern Caribbean on Reflection and Alaska on the Solstice. We didn't really care much about the ports of call and planned to stay on the ship at several stops. Embarkation was fast, it took one hour from the car rental center at Miami airport until we were on board having lunch. We had over ...

Celebrity Reflection Poor Service

We had very poor service on this ship. The staff at the buffet was rude. They tried to give me an omelet with out a plate. When I asked for a plate, I was told to get one at the end of the line. The line was long, like every other place on this ship. When my wife complained, the manager Dariusz was almost laughing. He had a big smile on his face. Not sailing on Celebrity again. To get a bottle ...

My husband (32) and I (29) have been on the Reflection in March 2014 and loved the experience so after a horrible NCL experience in 2015 decided to go back to Celebrity and visit the beautiful Reflection again. My husband and I are childless and enjoy the concept of 'luxurious cruising' including fine dining experiences, fantastic customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. Our cruise was ...

My partner and I have cruised exclusively with Celebrity and this was another great one. The ship is in great shape and we found the crew incredibly friendly and accommodating We had a Concierge Class Cabin (1409) and loved it. This was a sunset veranda cabin on deck 10. Our cabin steward, Michael, was exceptional and took great care of us. We dined each night in the Opus Dining Room and ...

Background: I am 75 and my wife is 66. This was our 16th cruise overall with several on Celebrity. We have been on Solstice, (its 2nd voyge), The Silhouette, (September of 2013), and now on Reflection. We normally cruise in January due to a birthday and anniversary. We also book mostly Balcony cabins. We were in Agua cabin on Silhouette in 2013 and really liked it. Especially eating in ...

My husband and I have been on a celebrity ship ten years ago. We have been on other lines since then. We have been on Disney and Norwegian. This was our 7th cruise. We chose celebrity again because of the food and entertainment. We decided to do the concierge room. This is an upgrade from our usual but with the shipboard credit it was a no brainer. We were going to add a classic beverage ...

First time sailing with Celebrity and we were very impressed with the quality of food, wine, and service! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The ship was modern, beautiful, and very clean. We had an AquaClass balcony cabin and especially enjoyed the size of the balcony. The cabin space was small (as usual on cruise ships) but didn't feel cramped. I liked that the ...

Good, but not the best Celebrity cruise we've had

Bar nearest theatre on Deck 4 only had one bartender. There should have been two bartenders at this bar, like most of the other bars. Food was usually good, but the duck in the main dining room was under cooked an fatty. Service in the main dining room was generally very good, but at times slow. We enjoyed the Lawn Grill for lunch and we were able to eat while watching a wedding take ...
