"Great ports... but horrible vibrations"

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

Altogether the cruise was amazing except for the excessive vibrations in our cabin! I was sailing with my wife, and my 2 kids (10 and 12). They loved the cruise because of free wifi, they were gaming non-stop. We were in a Royal Suite on deck 11 #1622. The dining was amazing, Illuminae had to have been the best. The entertainment and activities were outstanding! Our butler Edwin was especially ...

We cruised Reflection again after celebrating our anniversary, specialty restaurants are outstanding. Shows could be better but overall just a nice upscale experience . Can't say enough about the service and the crew , they are attentive to your needs and take a pro active approach to resolving any concerns you may have . Boat is beautiful staterooms large enough and itineraries were indeed great ...

First time on Celebrity Reflection

We chose this cruise because we had never cruised Celebrity before and my bucket list says I have to cruise every cruise line at least once before I die. This was my tenth cruise overall. I felt like this cruise deserved an 8 out of 10. Perfection is hard to attain and really my only complaints for this cruise involved our head waiter, Tuscan Grille and our waiter there, and the weather - ...

4 stars instead of the usual 5

I was tempted to give only 3 stars but because all of our disappointments had to do with being in an "upper" suite I thought it was only fair to stick with 4. Im sure if we hadn't been paying $1,600 PER NIGHT we wouldn't have been so disappointed. Because my husband is still working we are only able to take 2 or maybe 3 cruises a year. Therefore, when we do cruise we like to stay in the Royal ...

Underwhelmed

Embarkation and Diembarkation was very good. We arrived at 11:00am and were on the boat by 11:35. Getting off was even faster. We chose the express checkout at 7:00am and we were off the boat and in a cab within 10minutes. Service was good. Our room was always clean and our steward was always nearby and helpful. Our safe was not working when we first arrived, but we called right away and they ...

Most Excellent Seven Day Eastern Caribbean Cruise

My wife and I are BIG fans of Celebrity. In, particular, we like the size & design of their ships. They are modern, elegant and functional. Celebrity attracts a 35-70 demographic. Their customers tend to be well traveled, friendly and cruise savvy. The Celebrity staff is welcoming and experienced. We travel in Aqua Class. The best benefit of that cabin selection is the ...

Same Ship, But Not The Same Fantastic Experience

We chose this Caribbean cruise whilst on the Eastern Mediterranean cruise on the same ship (Reflection) Whilst the staff were as always very good, the overall atmosphere was very different. It was quite obviously targeted at the US culture rather than British or European with numerous almost constant Art Auctions and other "offers" The music by the pool was much much louder than the ...

Reflection is a nice boat.

The two of us chose this cruise because it was a terrific all inclusive deal. We departed Hamilton Ontario airport (great airport, easy parking, no hassle) to Miami, transported to the ship, drinks pkg, all gratuities, internet pkg and flights all included and returned by transport to the airport and home. The ship is a very nice vessel, I thought that the food in the main dining room was not ...

We always gravitate to celebrity if possible. The ship is clean and upscale, the food has improved over previous years. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating in all venues of the ship. Our cabin was a standard balcony on the 8th deck,(8260) serviced by an excellent steward, Franklin. Always available for requests, and the room was spotless with a nice balcony. The location was ...

Great Ports of Call.... Not much to do on the Ship though.....

I am a mom of two girls (ages 9 and 10) who cruised with some friends and their daughter on the 3.18 Eastern Carribbean itinerary on the Celebrity Reflection. We have previously cruised over 5 times on RCCL, twice on DCL, and once on Carnival. This was our first (and probably last) experience on Celebrity. While there was not much "wrong" with this cruise... I mean heck... its a cruise... any ...
