Most everything was great with a few exceptions. Bar service was slow and some of the casino bartenders were rude. Also, in the dining room, there was way too much time between courses. This was our second cruise on Reflection and third cruise total. We previously have done the eastern Caribbean on Reflection and Alaska on the Solstice. We didn't really care much about the ports of call and planned to stay on the ship at several stops.

The ship is in great shape and we found the crew incredibly friendly and accommodating We had a Concierge Class Cabin (1409) and loved it. This was a sunset veranda cabin on deck 10. Bar nearest theatre on Deck 4 only had one bartender. There should have been two bartenders at this bar, like most of the other bars.

The Reflection has the best cabins. Showers that actually have room in them, with shower doors that close and don't leak water all over!
