This was our first cruise with Celebrity and we enjoyed it very much. We have been on about 15 or so cruises, mostly with Princess so will add a little comparison here and there. First off let me put this all in prospective. My husband and I are in our mid 40s and we were in a Sky Suite for this sailing. Vacations are a time for us to relax as we both have professional careers and own a small ...

I took this cruise with a friend of mine. We have cruised several times together over the past 12 years. She had booked it prior and I was added to the cabin. Check in: This is the first time I boarded in Miami. I was impressed with the facilities We are Elite members of Captains club and we filled out the xpass prior to sailing, so check in was a breeze. It took minutes and we were ...

The ship was great. The crew was friendly and cared about our good time. The food was very good. Thursday night was excellent. Beef Wellington and Lobster. So good. Phi Tag was on two times and he was so funny. We loved him. Jesse Hamilton Jr was so talented and fun to watch. He can sing any song well. Loved him, too. Cozemel was OK, not great but we did take a great excursion ...

We went on this cruise with another lovely couple who had purchased this cabin for a relative who couldn't end up using so we were lucky enough to have!!! And it coincided with my husbands 60th birthday so even better! As my first cruise I felt a bit spoiled - we had a lovely balcony room at the Aqua class level. The room was very nice, loved the bed - slept like a baby every night - and ...

High end design but several negatives

We went on this one week Caribbean cruise as part of an included charter flight package from Canada at a very attractive price. Picked an upgraded cabin at the rear of the ship.We were part of a group of 8. The design of the ship is like a high end hotel with lots of dark wood etc. In the evening the centre atrium seems like a night club- rather dark. The dining room is very large with 2 ...

Boarding was slick in Miami and we were on board within 20 minutes, eating lunch at Ocean View Café. Travelled with 2 children aged 9 and 8 and there were a large amount of children on board which meant kids club had plenty of attendance at activities. Children loved the cruise and choice of activities and food on board. We enjoyed the variety of eating and drinking options and tried Tuscan ...

I took my daughter on this cruise to celebrate her upcoming marriage and my birthday. The average person on the cruise was retired and seemed to want a more staid environment. There were few children on board. We stayed in Aqua Class and I would absolutely recommend Aqua Class due to Blu restaurant. Blu was a big highlight...the food and service were simply outstanding and there was nothing ...

Food in all areas fantastic plenty of officers on show ensuring all was in order, dress of all staff very smart. Well looked after loved the ship, big thanks to guest relations manager Julie Sherrington was so helpful and friendly so looked forward to her company she is a star. Everyone should try Qusine for a dining treat every time we go it gets better, and Muranos for a gastronomic treat. The ...

Since we have done the eastern itinerary before, our priorities for this cruise were to relax, cruise in comfort, enjoy great dining, and entertainment. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a corner aft Sky Suite on deck 9 the week before the cruise, and opted for the Go Best package-which included: prem drink package, wifi, prepaid tips, and $300 ship board credit. So glad we upgraded, as this ...

Having previously cruised on Celebrity, I had high standards as I knew what to expect from the top of the contemporary style cruises. This ship blew me away with good customer service, luxury style dining rooms, and entertainment. It didn't feel crowded at all and there was lots for everyone of all ages to do without feeling like an amusement park. Our balcony cabin size was good, a bit ...
