Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Conceirge Class Not Worth It!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

I read the reviews on the Celebrity Constellation prior to purchasing my cruise. I had been on 5 cruises prior to this Celebrity cruise, 4 Carnival and one Royal Caribbean. I have to say that I expected much more from Celebrity. I was always under the impression that Celebrity was a luxury cruise line; I did not find that to be the case at all. I am generally very forgiving and I do try to find ...

Terrible service, beautiful ship

This was our 4th Celebrity sailing, and 20th sailing overall. It was a short 2-night sailing out of Miami, to Nassau and back. We experienced some of the poorest service among all of our cruising, but we found the ship to be a beautiful as her S-class sisters. Here are the highlights/lowlights: Stateroom attendant (CC Class, cabin 9110) -- Miguel greeted us nicely after embarkation, but ...

OK But Not As Nice As Other Ships

This was our 3rd cruise on Celebrity. Our 1st two were on Century, after it was refurbished, and Equinox. Constellation cannot compare with the other two. It just seemed a bit run down. The bed was soft and lumpy. The concrete on the balcony was chipped away so they were hard pieces that we were stepping on. The bathroom, while functional, just seemed old with the white vanity that had a couple of ...

Less that 6 hours in the 2 ports that we visited (Key West and Cozumel) was not sufficient time to do anything. Cabin 6028 was fantastic. It is one of the sweet 16 cabins that have an extra large veranda,2x the size of the others, and this one has a clear view of the sky with absolutely no overhead obstructions. Breakfast and lunch had fewer than normal (Solstice) selections. Both tuna ...

A mixed bag of good & bad experiences

We did a 5 night cruise on the Constellation with ports of call at Falmouth, Jamaica and Georgetown, Grand Cayman. The decor of the ship was very nice, and we were pleased with our room, although it was a bit smaller than similar class rooms on the Disney ships. Our room was not available until 2.5 hours after we boarded the ship - which was an inconvenience. Additionally, waste water from the ...

I chose Celebrity based on my perception of a more upscale cruise line. I have to say that I was disappointed as soon as we entered our TINY "Deluxe" Veranda cabin, 7124. To top it off, there was a horrible sewer smell in our bathroom two mornings in a row. The cleaning staff had to pour bleach down the drains and we had to open the balcony to air the cabin. Then on our last day we discovered that ...

I would say I am ambivalent now about cruising and will only do luxury if possible in the future. This was a Christmas cruise on celebrity constellation. Embankment took about an hour. Had two insides that adjoined with our adult children which made the spaces more livable. Cabin was ok except for the cots they called beds. Cabin service was excellent but that was the only excellent I ...

Cruisin - Not for everyone!

Booking this holiday was a "once in a lifetime" for our Honeymoon 25 years late! - We had some reservations having never cruised before. We did our homework, chose the destination first of all, and then dates - as Celebrity had a good write up on cruise critics and trip advisor we booked in February, giving us loads of time to research islands. We flew into Miami to stay at the fabulous ...
